Food was good, nothing spectacular. We ordered a pasta, a meatballs and spaghetti to which we only got meatballs and some chicken with potatoes: along with a few appetizers. Not bad especially for price with 50% off but certainly nothing special

Nice evening with a good bistecca fiorentina. The service was excellent and the restaurant hat a good warm atmosphere.

A cute restaurant in an architecturally “distressed” arch. Good range on the menu. Great tasting food. Reasonably- priced wine list. And staff who seemed to want to go out of their way to give diners a good experience.

The florentine steak was delicious and the service was impeccable. Definitely ask the waiter for recommendations, super nice and helpful.

Although the “steak Florentine” is a bit of a tourist attraction, the staff at Beccafico made it into a very enjoyable experience. They seemed to understand that different cultures have different understanding of medium vs medium rare and asked just the right questions to ensure our meal was exactly how we like it. The waiter recommended a perfect wine to complement our meal.

The waiter was very polite . the food was really good . the location was near to my hotel and it was a quiet romantic place . Definitely recommend

Our booking wasn’t found, we ended up being seated in a back room, which to be fair was a plus in the end as the noise level of the tourists in the main restaurant space was pretty awful. Full of tourists, not a place I would choose again for an authentic Italian meal. Overall disappointing and underwhelming.

Fantastic place! We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary and I mentioned when booking we were celebrating and they gave us a lovely table and gave us a glass of Prosecco as soon as we arrived. The chap that served us was funny but attentive. The food was delicious with some great menu choices and we were not rushed at all. Really happy and would definitely recommend this little restaurant, that we initially stumbled past the day before by chance and thought it looked lovely.

Hands down the best restaurant we tried in Florence. The service and menu is incredible. Not crowded and has a great local feel.

This location was recommended to us as a “hidden gem”. The family ordered appetizers (Bruschetta and a plate of cheeses) and a selection of pasta dishes. All were very well prepared and tasty. I let the staff know it was my wife’s birthday and they surprised us by playing “happy birthday” over the restaurant’s speakers and bringing her a slice of cake with a candle. Nice touch!
