Very disappointing. Poor management, extremely slow service, and low-quality meat at an unreasonable price. We waited 45 minutes for soup and about 90 minutes for the steak. The €60 beef fillet was tough and not worth the money. The waitress was kind, but the overall experience was bad. Not recommended.

The restaurant had a bad smell like javel and was poorly decorated, the food was fine, felt like the meat piece was smallish, but the service was fine.

The food was not great, we received something different from what we had ordered but we’re still charged the price of the initial meal. It was very cold Insider and they had dish soap in the toilet instead of hand soap.

We arrived with four adults and two kids with strollers, with little to no notice. The restaurant managed to accommodate all of us and made it a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent and offered a wide variety, including halal options.

They did not apply the 30% discount to the total bill. Meat was burned (instead of well cooked). Meat was supposed to come with a salad, but never came

For a recommended restaurant on tripadvisor, this was a disappointment. The steak was not the quality I expected, and the waiter wore a worn-out jersey and it did not look like he worked there. We were given a table, ordered food and drinks, and then they decided to put down a tablecloth, so we had to move all the dining to get ours. The toilet was downstairs, and we had to go past a guy working on some things in a corner, way down the corridor. The sink was broken and it was quite dirty. I'm glad we had a coupon for half off the food, because it would not be worth it to pay full price.

We waited for 1 hour to receive an uncooked burger(we asked to change it and the second one was uncooked almost raw meat...) and a very chewy flavorless steak. I would not even pay normal price for this bad food. Besides, the price range was higher than other restaurants. We used to like this place but now it seems to be a tourist trap. Staffs were friendly though.

This is my fourth visit to the restaurant, and this time I brought an old friend along. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the high standards I’ve experienced before, leaving us somewhat disappointed.

The resto itself is a little grimy. Should never have ordered anything. Came away with serious diarrhoea, less than 1hr after leaving the restaurant.

Friendly waiter but the prices are over inflated for a steak that you can have anywhere else for half the price, makes you wonder if they give a different menu for those who book on the fork to get 50% off
