They did not apply the 30% discount to the total bill. Meat was burned (instead of well cooked). Meat was supposed to come with a salad, but never came

For a recommended restaurant on tripadvisor, this was a disappointment. The steak was not the quality I expected, and the waiter wore a worn-out jersey and it did not look like he worked there. We were given a table, ordered food and drinks, and then they decided to put down a tablecloth, so we had to move all the dining to get ours. The toilet was downstairs, and we had to go past a guy working on some things in a corner, way down the corridor. The sink was broken and it was quite dirty. I'm glad we had a coupon for half off the food, because it would not be worth it to pay full price.

We waited for 1 hour to receive an uncooked burger(we asked to change it and the second one was uncooked almost raw meat...) and a very chewy flavorless steak. I would not even pay normal price for this bad food. Besides, the price range was higher than other restaurants. We used to like this place but now it seems to be a tourist trap. Staffs were friendly though.
