6/10We ended up eating at this restaurant again by mistake as we didn’t realize that this restaurant with great reviews on The Fork app was the same one that we had already gone to. The servers are both very nice, and initially, very attentive. The pianist was even better than the pianist the first night. He was friendly and was an incredible musician. Our shared Caesar Salad was very good and quite large. It was perfect for sharing. My steak with arugula and pecorino cheese was very good. My wife had the pasta with mussels. It was inedible. It was so salty it was like you were drinking sea water. Neither server checked in to see how the food was or if we needed anything. This is the exact same situation as our previous experience here. When the server finally checked in we had finished everything other than the pasta. We told him how salty the pasta was and we were surprised that this was kept on our bill. We won’t go back. Too bad as it’s a cool place.

9/10This is a cool restaurant. The night we went there was a pianist playing. He was excellent and played a number of songs throughout our meal. The food was very good. (bruschetta and 2 pastas). Initially everything was perfect and then we were kind of forgotten about by our waiter. When our bill came, we found that there was a 3 euro charge per person (maybe because of the live music although this wasn’t mentioned up front) and each of our drinks were 1 euro more than the menu listed. None of these issues were a dealbreaker as this place is really interesting and the food is really good. I’d certainly consider trying it again on a future visit to Florence.

10/10Albion and Claudio provided excellent service. The restaurant was charming, the food was delicious and the price was very good with The Fork discount. The pianist improved an already wonderful ambiance. Don’t hesitate.

10/10Something different with live entertainment( pianist and opera singer). Good food especially the beef fillet with wine sauce and the cutting board selection. Excellent service.

10/10Great service - our waiter was very kind and friendly. The food was consistently very good and we really enjoyed the pianist and soprano singer - beautiful. Wish we could again but tonight was our last night in Firenze.

9.5/10The beef in wine sauce at Belcanto was an absolute gem! The beef was tender and juicy, with a rich, flavorful wine sauce that was both savory and slightly sweet. The sauce clung perfectly to the meat, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The pianist's elegant melodies filled the air, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for a special occasion. I highly recommend experiencing the classy and romantic atmosphere at Belcanto.

6.5/10It seems that this restaurant is a bit of a scam, the bread was really hard and the quality of food was nothing special, very overrated in my opinion my order was a steak and if you want any potato’s or rice with it they will charge you and extra. Not what I expected in Firenze.

7.5/10After seeing the high ratings, and finding a great offer on The Fork, we were excited to try it. While the service was very good and the ambiance was nice (with a quite theatrical vibe), the food let us down. The bread starter was €6 for 4 small slices of bread with little flavor. The grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes (€7 each) were lacking any spices or herbs and, again, quite flavorless. Our Florentine steak was fine, but not exceptional, especially for the price. At 8pm there was live piano music, which was lovely, so it wasn’t a total loss.

10/10Beautiful ambience, good food and live romantic music made our night great! from the photos we thought the portions are not big but they were delicious and really enough! If you enjoy music, this restaurant is a must! Their cheese cake is one of the best!

6/10Nice place, not so good food. They even charge us 6 euros for the cutlery. Never seen that before in my life. Disappointed cos I saw so many good reviews and the experience was way below our expectations. Ordered the capresse salad, cesar salad, steak with truffle and and another stake with cheese or something like that

9.5/10My family enjoyed the Florentine steak and delicius desserts, wine variety was acceptable and good quality cost ratio. The service was excellent at the beginning but as the restaurant became full the service took a little more than expected. Overall we really enjoyed the dinner and surely will come back on out next opportunity.
