6.5/10It seems that this restaurant is a bit of a scam, the bread was really hard and the quality of food was nothing special, very overrated in my opinion my order was a steak and if you want any potato’s or rice with it they will charge you and extra. Not what I expected in Firenze.

6/10A bit frustrating experience: the overall impression is « sloppy »: the dress of servants, the way of managing used plates and bottles, even serving « cover ». The quality of meal and the play of pianist was fine, however.

7.5/10After seeing the high ratings, and finding a great offer on The Fork, we were excited to try it. While the service was very good and the ambiance was nice (with a quite theatrical vibe), the food let us down. The bread starter was €6 for 4 small slices of bread with little flavor. The grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes (€7 each) were lacking any spices or herbs and, again, quite flavorless. Our Florentine steak was fine, but not exceptional, especially for the price. At 8pm there was live piano music, which was lovely, so it wasn’t a total loss.

10/10Beautiful ambience, good food and live romantic music made our night great! from the photos we thought the portions are not big but they were delicious and really enough! If you enjoy music, this restaurant is a must! Their cheese cake is one of the best!

6/10Nice place, not so good food. They even charge us 6 euros for the cutlery. Never seen that before in my life. Disappointed cos I saw so many good reviews and the experience was way below our expectations. Ordered the capresse salad, cesar salad, steak with truffle and and another stake with cheese or something like that

8.5/10Recommend that you come for the opera evening but sit near the front as people tend to talk through it. Food was great, nothing to complain about!

9.5/10My family enjoyed the Florentine steak and delicius desserts, wine variety was acceptable and good quality cost ratio. The service was excellent at the beginning but as the restaurant became full the service took a little more than expected. Overall we really enjoyed the dinner and surely will come back on out next opportunity.

10/10Restaurant was quiet and we were made to feel welcome. Service was attentive and well timed. The food was amazing, I had fillet steak which was the best I’d ever tried, the pasta dishes were equally as good. Will definitely be returning.

8.5/10Lovely dining experience. We were able to try the bistecca fiorentina and there were also options for the vegetarian in our group. Then, the opera singer, who was also our waiter, sang 2 pieces for us after the pianist finished at 10pm! Wonderful and memorable evening out in Firenze.

9/10Superb service, extremely friendly and beautiful environment. Would have given this a 10/10 however the steak was not the best cut of meat. Can’t complain though as we had a discount and the rest of the food was brilliant. The opera performance we were treated to made our night. Such an amazing voice and really made this a night to remember. Very special talent indeed!

10/10I visited with my mother, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I had T-bone steak, raviola, and panna cotta, and they were all fantastic. The piano performance was also romantic. Highly recommended.

9/10Nice place with live pianist. Very relaxed. Food was good but portions were not huge. Side dishes all 7 euro which added up. Overall we had a lovely meal but without 50% promotion I would have felt it was too expensive.

8.5/10This restaurant was a nice experience in Florence for my husband and I. The food was good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and my only real complaint was the heat of the restaurant. It was very warm in the back, where we were seated, and it made the supper a bit uncomfortable. I would come here again for the experience.

10/10This is a wonderful restaurant with excelent food and service. Additionally there was live piano music and opera singing during Wednesday night which makes the place outstanding. Perfect for romantic night outs!

10/10We have spent 5 days in Venice and this restaurant was our favourite. The service was very professional and quick. I ate the steak with parmesan which was perfectly cooked to medium-rare just as I asked, my partner had the risotto which was fantastic as well. We had a Hugo and an Aperol spritz, the best ones we have had in Florence so far. The piano player was playing slower, well known pieces that perfectly matched the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

10/10Delicious food and well presented. Service was good and loved the piano player and songs. Excellent value with the promotion. Opera singing is only Wednesday and Saturday evenings.
