We’ve been to Belcanto during the week The place was not crowded Nice ambience with live piano music Attentive staff Delicious food.

Nice ambience with the live piano (a bit ruined by a group of noisy people for moment but it didn't last very long). Service is great and helpful. The food however was not up to the expectations unfortunately.

Wow, wow, wow! An amazing live pianist, wonderful staff and delicious food! Such a memorable experience that we will definitely look back on when we think about our trip to florence - would 100% recommend! Thank you for having us and we hope to be back again :)

The foods and the ambiance are all 5 stars. We enjoy our dinner. We had a good service from the staffs. Its our 2nd time being there and we're already planning for the next time.

It’s such a beautiful place. The food was amazing. Servers were extremely polite and hospitable. But the live opera stole the show. Great place for a romantic and cozy date.

Very limited menu. Food was OK not extraordinary. Beef tartare did not have enough acid.. lasagna was fantastic. Ordered a fillet first time was undercooked second time the same steak recooked was served, It was OK not great. Piano music is a nice touch, but not worth the journey. .
