The meal we had was as usual very good - it was quite crowded but although we had requested to have a table by the window we were shown to another table as those tables were for 4 persons! The whole time we weee having our dinner the tables remained empty and then after 7 pm a couple were shown to one table and some time later another couple were shown to the other table!! You can imagine we weee not happy about this!!

Hoi Marianne, Bedankt voor je open recensie. We zijn blij om te lezen dat het goed heeft gesmaakt. Echter geeft u aan dat de bediening traag was. Hier wil ik graag een toelichting over geven. Zoals u waarschijnlijk weet is er binnen de horeca een groot te kort aan personeel en ook wij lijden hier helaas aan. Dat neemt niet weg dat wij niet ons best moeten doen om U alsnog zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Ik weet zeker dat ons team haar uiterste best doet om U een mooie en smakelijke avond te bezorgen, maar dat is niet altijd even makkelijk, vooral niet met de drukte op zo’n zaterdag avond. Ik wil U in ieder geval ons excuses aanbieden dat U dit zo op deze manier heeft ervaren. Desondanks hopen we U toch nog een keer te mogen verwelkomen. 😃

At New year's eve the service was terrible. The waiter almost kicked us out, because there were only 3 tables and it seems he wanted to close soon. The food was regular, not fresh pasta as we expected. We had a bad experience with my whole family.
