good was good but we didn't get the 20% discount The Fork offered when booking...

When we arrived we said we had booked through the Fork. Standard fare, Decent pizza, house wine , aperol and tiramisu. We didn’t receive any bread, not a problem. When we asked for the bill, there was no form 20% discount, we also mentioned to the waitress that we hadn’t received any bread , so unsure of the cover charge. The owner / manager came over , very aggressive and said that the cover charge wasn’t for bread , it was for napkin and cutlery. We asked the waitress for the fork discount (8 euros from our 82euro bill ) she went back in and said that the manager / owner would only serve us inside. We went into pay, he was highly aggressive , shouting. Utterly embarrassing! We finally paid and left never to return. I will never eat at a fork restaurant again, I’ve since read reviews of this place handling the fork discounts. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Bardolino , one to avoid. Terrible terrible service from a very angry and aggressive owner.

Regarding bread, it is not served with pizza in Italy. The coperto covers service, table setup, cutlery, and hospitality, not only bread — and is standard in most Italian restaurants. During service, your repeated focus on this point became confrontational, and I did express my frustration. We always strive to treat guests with respect and regret if this was not your perception. really great food, lovely setting in a quiet corner of Bardolino. plenty of choice on menu and fair value for money considering the quality. As per other reviews no discount applied to the bill despite having booked through The Fork. Wouldn't stop me going again but worth noting

The restaurant was okay, unfortunately not like expected. The tomato soup was without taste and the noodles with broccoli and salmon was salty. The Cotoletta alla milanese con patatine fritte was also not tasty. The Agnolotti con zucchine e gamberetti was really good. The restaurant is good located and service is also very friendly.

Very Nice place and tasty food. Please make Sure fork discount is on your bill! We didn’t finally get it… Service is 2.50 per person

The service was pretty good and fast. Still it's a pity that they forgot the French fries for my beef filet. Everyone was eating and I was waiting as they needed to make the French fries. Can't say whose fault that was. Service or Chef... My sister asked them if they could make the salmon fettuccine as a vegetarian dish. Like without salmon. Which they did and it was nice. A bit bold for me was that the price of the dish kept the same for some pasta with sauce. Even I asked them if that's normal. Well, all in all it was fine but for me there are better options in Bardolino.

The food was nice, but the service concerning the bill was really bad. I had booked the table via The Fork-app with a discount of the food on 20%. But they forgot when they gave us the bill and when I made them aware, they only gave us 10%. This is very poor service, so I cannot recommend this restaurant at some points.

Our second visit to this pristine restaurant and we where NOT disappointed. The food was well presented and cooked to perfection. The staff where friendly as always and service excellent. Hoping to go back again before leaving Bardolino.

Situated in one of the more picturesque parts of the village this fantastic restaurant must go down as one of the best restaurants in Bardolino. At first sight it gives the impression of being clean and pristine. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The choice of food extensive and our food was well presented and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was terrific and I would rate this restaurant 5stars. I have no hesitation of recommending this restaurant to other members of The Fork.

Small restaurant on the outskirts of Bardolino. Large terrace, attentive service. Excellent large mixed fish platter starter, and generous pasta dishes. Delicious flavours.

Really nice and calm setting, food was delicious ! Great service and handy to book for larger group. Much better service than other restaurants nearer the lake .
