Offre un ambiente vivace e molto pensato nei particolari sia negli spazi interni che nel bel giardino estivo. Le pareti sono piene di ricordi e memorabilia dei mitici fratelli Birilli. La cucina La cucina è curata e propone un menù alla carta legato al territorio con proposte giornaliere, la pasta e i dolci sono tutti fatti in casa; in alternativa c'è il menù ‘percorso Birilli', e a pranzo, i convenienti monopiatti, che variano tutte le settimane. Tutte le sere è in funzione una griglia a legna con carni selezionate Argentine e Piemontesi. Il nostro orto E' l'orto a far da padrone nel dehors di BIRILLI. Gli chef utilizzano le nostre erbe aromatiche a chilometri zero per insaporire le sue creazioni.
