Food, service, welcome, advice and information all excellent. A wonderful experience.

Food was great! dégustation menu was more than enough so the cheese plate in addition was too much. Wine selection was good as well. It is a pity that the composition of the dishes was announced only in the beginning and not when the dishes were presented. We already forgot the ingredients when the dish arrived. The décoration was more than minimalistic. that's a pity.

The service is too slow. Apparently the man power is short. They are only 3 persons who serve and cook for 30 persons. They should hire at least two floor staffs and a cook. The food was not bad but may be too small for men.

Tasting menu was outstanding. Cauliflower soup with thyme foam was probably the highlight amongst all of the great dishes. Relaxed environment, fantastic evening. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing food carefully and creatively prepared. Each dish a treasure. Fabulous selection of reasonably priced wine. Excellent service and a nice ambience. Hard to find a better spot

We had an excellent meal with equally great service at Bistro S. The value is exceptional. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in we were made welcome by Antonio. He explained the menu & recommended some excellent wine, The food was excellent & his storying of the ingredients made the whole experience very satisfying even though we were both very jet-lagged.

The food was fabulous - in particular the product was fresh and to die for. And the champagne and spirit were really different - exploring new territories. A really great experience - highly recommended .

+1The owner was very informative of what we were getting served for the night from the chef . Detailed in depth of the preparation and assured me the trout would have no bones which I dislike in US trouts from lakes . Everything was presented beautiful on our last nights dinner in Paris . It was an excellent prix fixed meal . Cauliflower soup , yellowtail, trout , duck with slight crispy skin , chocolate dessert .

All the dishes were excellent, especially the main (canard) was super! I enjoyed them with quality glass wines. Will come here again at the next chance to visit Paris!

The food was incredible, very well considered menu, impressive quality. The service was swift yet you never felt rushed between courses. The atmosphere was intimate. I would highly recommend to anyone I know going to Paris and would happily come again to the restaurant.

Bistro S was a revelation! Definitely added to out roster or date night restaurants. Exceptional food and service and incredible value. We’ll be back soon.

We are devoted to Spinoza (the philosopher), and to our friends at the Michelin guide, so finding this restaurant was a fortuitous coming together of both passions for us. Bistro S did not disappoint. The setting, service, and cuisine were all excellent. The owner (I believe, I did not confirm it was Spinoza himself) took the time to describe the night's menu in English. This was no small task, as the care and thought put into each item on the menu was obvious. A beautiful meal, and kind host. The Japanese chef's influence was subtly felt through every course. The coming together of Japanese and French culinary influences was seen here in its highest form. Bistro S is not to be missed!

Hidden gem in a quite street. Clean and welcoming decor and the staff manage to bridge professionalism and personality in a perfect manner. Well composed dishes and had to shining stars in the Hamachi and the Duck. Lacked a matching tasting meny and some of the dishes had smaller fish/meat parts, could add more Japanese touch/flavours . Overall a great experience that I recommend.

Excellent, food was really yummuy, staffs are friendly and informative. We ordered the testing menu, it was such a good choice! Highly recommendated.

The lunch degustation menu offers an amazing opportunity to savour the best of this chefs skills at a really great price. Some outstanding wine of the day by the glass round out what is a memorial experience

We had a wonderful time at Bistro S. The tasting menu was balanced and flavorful, standouts were a yellowtail cooked to perfection with crispy skin and lamb 2 ways. Excellent wine and digestif suggestions, the host was most gracious, welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go there again and I throughly recommend, Eamonn
