10/10All the dishes were excellent, especially the main (canard) was super! I enjoyed them with quality glass wines. Will come here again at the next chance to visit Paris!

10/10The food was incredible, very well considered menu, impressive quality. The service was swift yet you never felt rushed between courses. The atmosphere was intimate. I would highly recommend to anyone I know going to Paris and would happily come again to the restaurant.

10/10We are devoted to Spinoza (the philosopher), and to our friends at the Michelin guide, so finding this restaurant was a fortuitous coming together of both passions for us. Bistro S did not disappoint. The setting, service, and cuisine were all excellent. The owner (I believe, I did not confirm it was Spinoza himself) took the time to describe the night's menu in English. This was no small task, as the care and thought put into each item on the menu was obvious. A beautiful meal, and kind host. The Japanese chef's influence was subtly felt through every course. The coming together of Japanese and French culinary influences was seen here in its highest form. Bistro S is not to be missed!

10/10Hidden gem in a quite street. Clean and welcoming decor and the staff manage to bridge professionalism and personality in a perfect manner. Well composed dishes and had to shining stars in the Hamachi and the Duck. Lacked a matching tasting meny and some of the dishes had smaller fish/meat parts, could add more Japanese touch/flavours . Overall a great experience that I recommend.

10/10A perfect evening! The 5 course menu was beautiful - such fresh ingredients and great ideas. The wine pairing recommended by the waiter was spot on. We were taken care of very well, and will look forward to our next visit soon. Merci!

9/10I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was fantastic! Each of the five courses was plated perfectly and the flavors encapsulated in each dish were delicious.

9.5/10Great location for a late lunch. Missing opportunity for dinner because Opera that evening. The starter soup was rich and densely. Salad with pickled apples in beet juice Devine. Loved the ink squid rossetto. All dishes were properly seasoned (problem at many places ).

10/10We had a wonderful time at Bistro S. The tasting menu was balanced and flavorful, standouts were a yellowtail cooked to perfection with crispy skin and lamb 2 ways. Excellent wine and digestif suggestions, the host was most gracious, welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go there again and I throughly recommend, Eamonn

10/10This was our final night in Paris and our meal closed our trip in the most magnificent way. Every course was made with care and it showed in the plating. The food was beyond excellent and exceeded an expectations I may have had. The service was genuine comforting. I will make sure to return again!
