We looked up the restaurant on Trip Advisor and was were impressed with the reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful in selecting our wine and food choices. The food was great and we plan a return visit next time in Paris.

Only my second ever visit, but the place just gets better and better. Fantastic service, wonderful food and a wine list to die for. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This was our second visit to this restauarant. The menu is interesting and their are some less common mixtures of ingredients which work very well. The wine list is extensive and although there are some very expensive wines on the list there are plenty which represent good value. This reataurant specilaises in matching the type of pepper that you grind on to your food with the wine that is being drunk with the meal. Overall a good experience. I will come back.

A quiet classic in the cushy Vendôme neighborhood with French fare. The food is very well executed and the madeleines at the end of the meal are a sweet touch!

Sorry that this is in English. My wife and I had a great meal at Bistro Volnay. The food, quality and service was outstanding. My wife had the sea bream carpaccio and the scallops. I had the meat terrine and the cod. In addition, this restaurant has an absolute amazing list of Burgundy wines. We would go there again on a return trip to paris. D

My wife and I ended up at the restaurant 2 hours before our reservation, but we were seated immediately. Great food, fun staff, quiet and elegant bistro. The best meal and dining experience we had in Paris this visit. Thank you Bistro Volnay!

Fantastic Restaurant, we arrived about 20 minutes late because our flight was late into CDG airport. We phoned ahead to advise the restaurant, and although they were busy, our table was waiting as soon as we arrived. Perfect service, exceptional wine list (spoilt for choice) and a really good selection of food on the menu. Staff and (owner?) made us feel very welcome, and created a perfect evening for our first night in Paris. We will definitely return on our next trip.

We had a really lovely time here! Impeccable service, with english speakers, great wine and chanpagne options, delicious degustation menu that was "chef's discretion" but we actually were allowed to choose our our dessert! And the desserts were divine. In the degustation we also had some off the menu scallops that we are still raving about. We finished off with a great absinthe from the alpes. A cosy restaurant with high class service, where the waiters wear cute mismatched shoes ;). 10/10!

Took my girlfriend here on a last minute reservation. Both of us can't say enough good things about this place. We were worried at first, as we had a lackluster meal the night before, and still hadn't had that Parisian experience many talk of. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The food was fantastic! The waiter recommended us the perfect wine, and the staff even recommended some local spots for us to have a drink at afterwards. It was our favorite meal in Paris! Thanks to the chef and staff for making it a wonderful evening.
