7.5/10Everything was perfect, except that the waiter charged me 20% tip when I explicitly asked him to charge 10%. I think this is not an honest practice and should be improved.

8.5/10We ate at Bisto4 twice whilst we’re staying in the hotel. We booked through the Fork which gave 30% off the food both times. The food was great and all of our party of four enjoyed all our meals. Certainly with the discount it was very reasonable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The only slight criticism I have is there weren’t many of them and the service was slow at times. But if you’re not in a rush I can recommend this restaurant.

9.5/10The food was top notch. I had the tutbot and to start a muscle and shrimp dish with cauliflower mash. Both were spectacular. We did share two deserts and I must say that the desserts, while not bad, were just not the same level as the savory dishes.

10/10Had a great experience with Bistrô4 in Lisbon. We booked a reservation after reading 4.5/5 and 9.5/10 reviews online. Our dinner lived up to the high expectations. Sat outside in their interior courtyard. Very cool atmosphere, great service, and excellent food. Highly recommend!

Incredible food and great service, it’s a mystery to me why this place isn’t always completely full. I came here 6 years ago and came back in July 2025 and it was just as good if not arguably better. 100% recommend

9.5/10Waiters were very knowledgeable and helpful about the food and wine list. They were attentive and professional. Food was excellent and my only disappointment was that I didn't realise that the restaurant was part of a five star hotel so the ambience was a little sterile. Cost was higher than anticipated but was value for money.

9.5/10We arrived later than our reservation time as our plane was delayed and then our transfer didn’t arrive. We asked if they could still serve us due to the fact we were 90 minutes late and they were happy to. Had a lovely meal even though we were the only ones there by this time. Staff were very friendly too.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious! (I recommend the Caldo Verde and the prawn risotto.) I must give a special mention to Sofia Melo and Maria for their impeccable service. Both ladies, and their colleagues, Anderson Gonçalves and Miguel Rodrigues, were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. My husband and I would definitely dine in this lovely restaurant again when we are next in Lisbon!

The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. I was a little surprised by the ambiance because I didn't realize the restaurant was inside a hotel, which created a different vibe than expected; however, overall, the experience was lovely.

8/10Excellent meal, good service, BUT, check your bill. They had forgotten to reduce the bill by The Fork discount and tried to charge us for a meal we did not have.

10/10Always a must when we are in Lisboa. The staff is outstanding and the food is exceptional. The chefs are creative and confident and when the meals arrives it is obvious that they were created by talented hands who care about taste and presentation. A lovely dining experience, always.

While this is a hotel restaurant food was superb! Prices are very high for Lisbon so stick to the main dishes and avoid extras and it will be Well worth it!

10/10A nice upscale restaurant with a good variety on the menu. The Piri-Piri shrimp appetizer is excellent. Service is very attentive and friendly. Outside the entrance is a nice bar that had live music we could hear.
