Excellent service, very attentive waiters, but not intrusive. A varied menu with delicious food and beautifully served. The only downside was a noisy family group, which is why I only gave 4 stars for ambience.

Going to Bistro4 is a no-brainer—you should definitely go! The experience offers a perfect mix of glamorous food, beautiful design, and fantastic flavors. I highly recommend you try the seasonal flavors on the menu; they are outstanding. A quick tip on the atmosphere: If you want to add some tradition to your meal, go on a Monday night to enjoy the Fado. However, make your booking first because the restaurant can get very full! If you prefer a quieter dinner with just calm ambient music, choose another day of the week. Either way, it is a fantastic choice.

Loved the food and the service, everyone was nice and friendly. The food has amazing quality. The only thing that could have improved my experience was if the lights were a bit more dimmed but not sure if that makes sense since it’s a hotel restaurant. The live music at the bar was also amazing.

The food is surprisingly good, the service is also nice and the atmosphere good. The Restaurant is servicing a gorgeous 5 star boutique Hotel with a terrace outside (only summer). The prices are also fair for the quality, nice wine cart by the way!

Overall had an ok Experience but our order wasn’t followed correctly .. we asked for medium well Steaks and despite confirming several Times one came rare and the other well Done .. even though they knew they were severing the steaks incorrectly they still Did

Everything was perfect, except that the waiter charged me 20% tip when I explicitly asked him to charge 10%. I think this is not an honest practice and should be improved.

We ate at Bisto4 twice whilst we’re staying in the hotel. We booked through the Fork which gave 30% off the food both times. The food was great and all of our party of four enjoyed all our meals. Certainly with the discount it was very reasonable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The only slight criticism I have is there weren’t many of them and the service was slow at times. But if you’re not in a rush I can recommend this restaurant.
