9.5/10The food was absolutely delicious. We were 6 so we asked for all the entrees, main dishes and deserts of the menu. The ingredients were of great quality, the dishes were creative, beautifully presented, and most importantly delicious. We only paid 45€/pax, including a bottle of wine, which was surprising, we thought it was going to be more expensive considering the quality of the dishes. So, great quality/price relation. The waiters were really nice and welcoming. The ambience was nice as well, not a lot of noise despite the restaurant being at full capacity. Highly recommend!

10/10What can I say, this did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in we received a warm welcome, very attentive staff and delightful smells coming from the open kitchen. We ordered a couple of starters to share and the steak and Turbot for the main. Our waiter’s knowledge about the dishes was remarkable. The food was melt in your mouth amazing, paired with a lovely mild red wine. I wish I could have saved the taste of the food for a lot longer. Would highly recommend, hats off to the waiting staff, bar tender and brilliant chefs - remarkable!

9.5/10Delicious, creative food. We loved the sauces! The service was very attentive and friendly. This was particularly nice since servers in France typically leave you alone, and Americans love to chat:). I would highly recommend!!

10/10Bistrot Instinct masters the art of fresh, high quality food, technique and herbs for great flavors and presentation. Dress can be casual. ,Lunch is more affordable but has great options which include some of the dinner signature dishes. Staff is friendly and attentive.

9/10Great authentic neighborhood Parisian bistro experience. Simply classy decor mostly visited by locals. Food is well prepared with classic recipes. Limited menu items but everything is executed perfectly. In short, simply traditional home-made French food in an unpretentious setting.

10/10We had been looking forward to Bistrot Instinct for some time. Prior reviews were so positive and the restaurant lived up to them. It was our last night of our vacation and it was a fitting ending to a great trip. One of the very few best restaurants where we have ever dined. Dishes were creative, well-balanced, and well-portioned. We had sea bream tartare and egg parfait for starters and turbot and chateaubriande for main courses. Didn’t leave enough room for desert, but we’re sure it would have been similarly excellent. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Great experience. Highly recommended.
