Second time I have been and equally amazing. I appreciate that the chef is able to work with my dairy intolerance.

Great service, I felt right at home, except the food was much better😉. Every dish was exquisite, unique pairings and everything was delicious. The wine list was fantastic and affordable. Thanks for a great evening. I would recommend and return.

The staff were lovely here... the food was very nice but seemed to lack the spark of originality it had on previous visit.... and dessert was mediocre at best.

From arrival through the whole dinner, this was one of the best evenings in a very long time. A short menu, but everything sounded so great, and we were so happy with both our choices (we had Gnocchi and Pork rack). The starters looked amazing as well, but we were afraid we wouldn't make dessert if we had starters. And we are so happy we had desserts... We will definitely try to get a reservation again next time in Paris.

My friends and I visited Bistrot Instinct for lunch last week and loved every minute of it. The food was exceptional not only in taste but in its unique flavors and presentation. Everyone there made us feel welcome and cared for. Dylan was the perfect server. There were eight of us and he juggled all of the different choices and combinations artfully and with kindness and precision. I am from the US. My friends from England and Switzerland. We travel to Paris for my birthday each January and we all concluded that we would confirm a reservation at Bistrot Instinct for our return. I will also be in Paris for work later this year. As the widow of the legendary dancer/director Gene Kelly, I will be there with special programs to promote his Legacy. Bistrot Instinct will be on my agenda! Warmly, Patricia Kelly

EVERYTHING was perfect! The food was inventive and delicious. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable, and our server was genial and informative. This was one of the best meals we've ever had in any city in the world!

The discovery menu is so amazing, as are the several wines that are paired with the dishes. They are atypical and leave you understanding why they were selected. Really great dinner.

Unfortunately, our experience was not like the overall patrons. Firstly, we ordered the cabbage & co where a piece of hair was found. It was expected this dish is taken off the bill and remade which did not happen. We also ordered the ribsteak to be medium (a point) checked with server to be pink inside. He even confirmed better less well done can be fixed. It came well done and not only that it seems like they sliced the steak and then refried the sides to get rid of the pink. This made the steak extremely tough and unedible. This evening was a disaster and our first night in Paris. What a let down. Server tried to give us 50% off both items. Though a nice gesture but still not enough for the poor experience and very poor cook on steak, we left still hungry and unsatisfied.

A group of six friends went here for dinner, and what a dinner! Everyone was extremely pleased with the food. This restaurant it creative, attentive, and the blend of flavors pleases even the pickiest eater (me!) The duck was the best I have ever had, and everyone raved about the mushroom tempura appetizer. Pistachio ice cream in a puff pastry with a combination of flavored sauces that sent us to 7th Heaven. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the food. A hearty recommendation from a mixed group of countries and cultures! If you like to watch the chef, try to get a table upstairs where you can view the kitchen by looking down.

We were unable to get a dinner reservation so went for lunch instead. We had the weekly special (appetizer and entree but not dessert). The serving staff were friendly and attentive. The food was imaginative, well cooked and nicely presented. I wish all our dining experiences were just as wonderful. We chose this restaurant due to the reviews we read and we weren’t disappointed! Would highly recommend!

On first night in Paris, we stumbled upon Bistro Instinct, and we are so glad we did. Simon was very welcoming & extremely knowledgeable about both the food & beverages. He provided a thorough description of each ingredient upon arrival. The food was just as wonderful; full of flavors that complimented one another. Over our week in Paris, we came back to BI 3 times. Each time, it was all excellent.

Quaint room, impeccable food and perfect service. One in our party was celiac and they adapted dishes to suit her. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. A must try if you are dining out in Paris. By far the best meal we have had this week. Super knowledgeable and kind staff!

I am from Japan and was impressed by the taste of cheese and red wine. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also so nice.

Friendly and helpful customer service. They use a lot of Japanese seasonings such as miso, which is delicious but a little uncomfortable for me as a Japanese person. The pork at lunch was well seasoned but overcooked and tough.

From the moment we entered this quaint little restaurant, we were pleased. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The service was very attentive and took great care of us. They explained all the menu choices and gave recommendations. We started with the egg parfait, then my husband and kids had the chateaubriand and I had the grilled terbot. All main dishes were delicious. We then finished off our meal with some cappucinos and profiterole for dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
