From arrival through the whole dinner, this was one of the best evenings in a very long time. A short menu, but everything sounded so great, and we were so happy with both our choices (we had Gnocchi and Pork rack). The starters looked amazing as well, but we were afraid we wouldn't make dessert if we had starters. And we are so happy we had desserts... We will definitely try to get a reservation again next time in Paris.

10/10My friends and I visited Bistrot Instinct for lunch last week and loved every minute of it. The food was exceptional not only in taste but in its unique flavors and presentation. Everyone there made us feel welcome and cared for. Dylan was the perfect server. There were eight of us and he juggled all of the different choices and combinations artfully and with kindness and precision. I am from the US. My friends from England and Switzerland. We travel to Paris for my birthday each January and we all concluded that we would confirm a reservation at Bistrot Instinct for our return. I will also be in Paris for work later this year. As the widow of the legendary dancer/director Gene Kelly, I will be there with special programs to promote his Legacy. Bistrot Instinct will be on my agenda! Warmly, Patricia Kelly

10/10EVERYTHING was perfect! The food was inventive and delicious. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable, and our server was genial and informative. This was one of the best meals we've ever had in any city in the world!

10/10The discovery menu is so amazing, as are the several wines that are paired with the dishes. They are atypical and leave you understanding why they were selected. Really great dinner.

6.5/10Unfortunately, our experience was not like the overall patrons. Firstly, we ordered the cabbage & co where a piece of hair was found. It was expected this dish is taken off the bill and remade which did not happen. We also ordered the ribsteak to be medium (a point) checked with server to be pink inside. He even confirmed better less well done can be fixed. It came well done and not only that it seems like they sliced the steak and then refried the sides to get rid of the pink. This made the steak extremely tough and unedible. This evening was a disaster and our first night in Paris. What a let down. Server tried to give us 50% off both items. Though a nice gesture but still not enough for the poor experience and very poor cook on steak, we left still hungry and unsatisfied.

9.5/10A group of six friends went here for dinner, and what a dinner! Everyone was extremely pleased with the food. This restaurant it creative, attentive, and the blend of flavors pleases even the pickiest eater (me!) The duck was the best I have ever had, and everyone raved about the mushroom tempura appetizer. Pistachio ice cream in a puff pastry with a combination of flavored sauces that sent us to 7th Heaven. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the food. A hearty recommendation from a mixed group of countries and cultures! If you like to watch the chef, try to get a table upstairs where you can view the kitchen by looking down.

10/10We were unable to get a dinner reservation so went for lunch instead. We had the weekly special (appetizer and entree but not dessert). The serving staff were friendly and attentive. The food was imaginative, well cooked and nicely presented. I wish all our dining experiences were just as wonderful. We chose this restaurant due to the reviews we read and we weren’t disappointed! Would highly recommend!

+3Fabulous, warm welcome at Bistro Instinct. Delicious menu with three choices of starter, main and dessert. Left feeling really special and happy. Highly recommend a visit here if you're in Paris.

10/10On first night in Paris, we stumbled upon Bistro Instinct, and we are so glad we did. Simon was very welcoming & extremely knowledgeable about both the food & beverages. He provided a thorough description of each ingredient upon arrival. The food was just as wonderful; full of flavors that complimented one another. Over our week in Paris, we came back to BI 3 times. Each time, it was all excellent.
