9/10The food and atmosphere were excellent. The only negative we had was that it felt as if our table had been forgotten. We had to ask for my sons drink twice and our food was very delayed. Delayed to the point where two tables had finished and left when we were all sat around the same time.

6/10Food was tasty but average. It was great to experience this historic restaurant. We were a family of 6 and had a reservation for lunch at 1pm. We were seated on the third floor. Started with some tasty appetizers, had the lamb, pork, fish as entrees and some coffee and dessert. The Tiramisu abd mango ice cream desserts were great. Overall experience was good. Would not say its number 3 restaurant in the world but still worth the visit.

10/10+2The experience of dinning in the worlds oldest restaurant made it a special experience. Aside from enjoying a well cooked pork, crispy skin and tender meat. The garlic soup with egg was delicious pared with a nice red wine and finishing our meal with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Our server Diego was excellent as well as all the staff from beginning to end. Go enjoy a wonderful meal in a memorable ambiance.

10/10What a special place. The ambiance and food were both amazing. It was the best cheesecake I've had in my life. I didn't think I would like the house special, suckling pig, but it was great. Definitely make a reservation weeks in advance. My only complaint is that the wine cellar is full of mold--it is cool to see, but they really need to clean down there for health reasons.

10/10I feel all the staff face me kindly! And then, food was awesome! Especially, Sangria tastes gooood. I dont enjoy drinks, but Botin’s Sangria tastes delicious, and good. All guests will be satisfy this restaurant.

9/10We ate in the cellar and the atmosphere was very special. Our waiter was great; he was always smiling and very responsive. Every time I visit Spain I make sure I visit Botins. A very special restaurant!

8.5/10Very good experience, starters very good, prawns, mushrooms and croquettes in particular. Suckling pig good but a lot of bone, and accompaniments (2 potatoes) quite poor. Ordered vegetables but they were very overcooked.

5/10A restaurant with a 300-year tradition should have attentive service, but that was far from the case. The entire dining experience was uncomfortable due to the server's lack of attention. This is not just a problem with the server but a reflection of the restaurant itself. At the neighboring tables, the other servers and guests communicated smoothly and seemed to be enjoying themselves, but our server provided none of that experience. For example, when ordering bread, it is basic service to offer olive oil or at least ask if the customer would like it. Having dined at various restaurants across Spain, I can confidently say this was not a misunderstanding due to a lack of knowledge about local customs. Whether this feedback helps improve the service or not is none of my concern.
