About the choices, we indeed only offer tasting menus as clearly stated on our website and mentioned in countless reviews online. If you are looking for “a la carte” choices, we are not the matching restaurant for sure 😉 and there’s not much we can do about it. This was a warm way to welome my Father to his first time in France. It was the first time we ever had sword fish or caviar and the food was very tasty and fresh. Great representation of France. I just moved here in September and definitely plan on visiting again soon. Thanks again!

The experience wasn't consistent. Some waiters introduced the food very nicely, and some barely introduced it at all. I don't mind what you do - but whatever you choose to do, do it consistently. A lot of the food was a miss. The pork canapes basically tasted of barbecue sauce (despite having nice ingredients). Multiple dishes had quite delicate flavours which were great but paired with miso on the plate which completely overpowered the delicate flavours. The chicken was boring - it was literally just half a chicken breast and not even particularly well cooked. The fish again, was a bit bland. They also occasionally pour sauces for you. Doing this multiple times is a bit superfluous. But some team members didn't do it with much care or attention. Why go to the trouble if you're not going to do it nicely? Maybe the wait staff in question was in training and therefore not confident to deliver the spiel and didn't know how to pour well. Nevertheless, it was a lacklustre experience.

The service is outstanding and every effort is made to ensure that everything is OK. The food quality is outstanding but I'm afraid the cost does not match the amount received. I have a generous appetite and was left wanting more. However, we had the 5 course dinner with paired wines and all was delicious. It is certainly a treat destination for a special occasion.
