This restaurant was god awful. I was so unwell at this experience. I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning. I was served raw snails that were so slimy. . I was served a raw fish And not in a good way, I love sushi. There was soup poured om top of everything. There was clouds of things that are made of weird mousses and it was just absolutely disgusting I can’t

If we could give 10 stars for service we would. Frederick was phenomenal. He answered out questions, made recommendations and was informative through every single step of the meal. The caviar addition was superb. The premium wine pours were excellent. The tasting menu servings are larger than normal tasting menus. The wine pours were larger than expected also. Kudos to the chef for a job well done. And kudos to Frederick for your great hospitality!

We are idee to rat in Huhn quality restaurants in Paris. This time we wanted to find something extraordinary which we have not Heard about yet. Unfortunately food did not surprise us specially, the interior is very poor and not special, our table was standing next to the bar and some random door and some pług cover on the floor was fixed by scotch tape. Does not fit too much exclusive caviar taste and the price range…. Details on the plate should correspond with details in design.

Cuisine preparation exceptional, especially in dealing with food allergies by creating dishes of superior taste and textures with sauces not standard to complement the primary food product. Service knowledgeable of each course preparation. Service sequence timely, not hurried nor protracted is presentation.

Read the reviews and decided to dine at Boutary. A good adventure which we’ll never regret. Every dish was made excellently and it’s an experience which we’ll never forget. Love that we do not know what will be served and every dish is a surprise with great innovation. The pairing is super. We went for the 5 course dining + caviar. Service is super, thanks Federic and the team for the fantastic service . I would highly recommend dining at Boutary and I would absolutely be coming back when am in Paris

This restaurant was so worth the wait to see if my date would open up on their calendar. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and the dishes were a culinary journey to another level. The combination of flabours and the use of layers of depth were enjoyed by both of us. Give this restaurant a try if you want your tastebuds to go on a journey!

We had the 5 course with the extra cavia tasting.. Food was excellent in presentation and taste. The price relative to the other one stars was a good vaue. One caution is to call ahead if you want to bring your own bottle since their corkage fee is very high. I expect to discourage it.

Bringing your own bottle of wine to the restaurant is really not usual in France, especially at Boutary. Discovering news wines you cannot find elsewhere is a core part of the experience conveying Christophe's work. We very much understand that you might have a special desire for special bottles and as you said so rightly, always call us a bit ahead. Excellent boutique restaurant with 5- and 7-course tasting menu. Chef tailored the food to our interests and needs, but also left room for some pleasant surprises. Best meal in Paris!
