Overall we liked the food, however, all of us disliked the “meat” dish, mostly, because the “meat” was chicken. We felt that a restaurant of this caliber at this price point should not be serving chicken for the meat course. In addition, we didn’t like the taste of the dish. All of us didn’t finish the course and left most of it on our plates. When our server cleared the table, he didn’t even ask us why we didn’t eat it and didn’t ask if we liked it. One of us said to another server that we really didn’t like this dish and she said she would tell the chef. After this course, the service that had been very attentive and friendly suddenly deteriorated. This was my second time in this restaurant. I loved it the first time. There will be no third time. With all the wonderful restaurants in Paris, this one wasn’t worth it.

Our meat course is, of course, not basic chicken : it is a filet of Bresse poultry, which is among the very bests in the world, carefully poached then lacquered with sauce Poulette. You may encounter this poultry serving in many other fine dining restaurants in France. The way our team has responded to your feedback though has a lot to be improved. This was a warm way to welome my Father to his first time in France. It was the first time we ever had sword fish or caviar and the food was very tasty and fresh. Great representation of France. I just moved here in September and definitely plan on visiting again soon. Thanks again!
