6.5/10Below expectations. Meat was undercooked. They had “ran out of cheese”. And service was slow. Disappointing.

8.5/10Super fine beef! We had Picanha - Blonde de Galice (matured 30 days) which was truly exceptional. Gnocchi fumés for a starter fantastic. From a different taste point the Saint-Jacques de la baie de Seine were also superb. For a desert Chocolat fumé was great! What we did not like was the preparation of vegetables. As a side to one of the dishes there was a baked cauliflower coked too much and as a result a kind of a soft "pulp". Not matching the crispness of meat. The quite innovative desert Carotte nouvelle au barbecue was also soft and gummy. Maybe this was intentional but we did not like it. Overall service ok, but many waiters were like "it's my first day and I have to ask somebody". Price with €80 wine for 2 was €250. Very good value for money.

10/10Excellent dishes and perfect and kind service. They made meals with creative cooking methods so I hardly guess what the dishes made by and how.
