Fabulous ! The best meal we had during our stay in Florence. I would definitely return, especially for the potatoes cooked 3 ways. They were amazing.

We made our reservation via Fork but when we came my name was not listed . Owner was vey considered and friendly Italian . He sitter us as his family and services perfectly . The meat was cooked the way it should be , meaning perfect ! Lydia

Enjoyed a nice family dinner here. The buratta dish was my favorite. I would go back just for that. Service and other dishes were good as well.

Best dinner in Florence. The owner is so special and gave us a great experience. We came and ate two nights in a row! You can tell the owner is very passionate about his business and his staff clearly loves to work there. We had an amazing experience. We made reservations but even if you don’t and just walk in, the owner will make sure you have a seat somewhere, even if it’s waiting at his bar with a glass of Prosecco. The food was out of this world. We skipped the starters and actually had pasta as our appetizers. Do this!!! Do not skip the ravioli. It is amazing. Their speciality is their truffle filet. It’s the best steak you’ll ever eat in your life. We had a great time at Brandolino and would come back here every night. The wine was exceptional too. Do not listen to people who review this restaurant lowly. They do not know good food. This was truly a great experience with the staff and the food. Do not skip!! We will be back.

Amazing food & service! Everything we ate was delicious! The Florentine T-Bone steak was incredible, couldn’t recommend enough. Members of our group also tried the two different filet options and both were amazing. Service was top notch! Would go again in a heartbeat & will recommend to anyone visiting the city.

This restaurant was rated highly so was very surprised at the the small portion of undercooked risotto with osso bucco - the rice being undercooked and not particularly creamy and meat being just a few measly dollups. Very little food for the money and disappointing at that. Not bad - just not very good.

Absolutely fantastic! The owner met us with a great knowledge of both Tuscan food and wine, sensitive to our experience and tastes. We settled on a wonderful super Tuscan wine (Castello di Querceto 2017) to pair with their special 45-day-aged Florentine T-bone steak. We started with an excellent Caprese salad and paired the steak with roasted potatoes. Awesome meal, highly recommend Brandolino.

The best meal we had during our 12day trip across Italy - absolute perfection! Don’t be deterred by its location - I usually avoid any restaurant anywhere near a tourist attraction, but this is the complete exception - not touristy at all with a great menu and executed perfectly. My teenagers loved it as well!

Had a fabulous dinner! Appetizers were inventive, Florentine steak - great, and desserts creative. Appreciated that it was Italian cuisine with a creative twist. Ambiance was lovely and staff attentive! Would highly recommend and go back.

This is now my favorite restaurant in Florence. The food was amazing, the staff wonderful, the wine delicious and the atmosphere was very charming and very clean. A friend and I shared 3 items for lunch including the Insalata di Fragola (Strawberry Salad), Spaghetti al Limone (Lemon Spaghetti) and a Peche (Peach) appetizer. All were amazing. People near us had bistecca (Steak) which also looked and smelled wonderful. We had a very nice wine. The people who worked there could not have been nicer - they took the time to talk with us (in Italian and English). I highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive and the food was spectacular. This was our “ treat” dinner during our stay in Florence and it certainly exceeded expectations. Would certainly recommend and would love to visit again.

This place is a gem in the heart of Florence. The owner was very warm and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our group (they looked very happy to serve their customers). The food is really good, but the Veal is a must have!!! It was delicious overall!! We had to eat twice same week so we could taste different plates!

One of our favorite meals in Italy. We planned this trip meticulously and included meals at Michelin star restaurants, places listed on the Michelin app as recommended and also regular places with extremely high reviews. Also complicating things is that my wife doesn’t do any seafood or fish and likes her steak medium well to look well done (good luck with that in Italy). So I had to find restaurants which have a menu they fan accommodate everything. And Brandolino is a perfect place. Service was one of the best we had in Italy. Relaxed yet fast and friendly and professional. The steak florentine (I ordered that) was perfectly medium rare (and they would have done it medium) My wife’s steak was perfect medium well. My daughters pasta was fantastic. Appetizers and desert was on point and the wine list was very adequate and even their by the glass list (which I chose) was very good. Tried two different reds and loved them both. Overall it was a Great place to eat. Plus it’s on a gorgeous plaza and just steps away from the Duomo Loved it.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who had dined here previously whilst visiting Florence. It certainly didn't disappoint. Just Wow to the food, service was excellent - we had a lovely evening here. Would high recommend this restaurant. A little Gem!
