I had a really disappointing experience today. I ordered some food - the seafood was okay, but the chicken paella was honestly terrible. A few minutes after ordering, I decided to switch my drink from wine to water (nothing had even reached my table yet, not for another seven minutes or more). However, the server insisted that it was “impossible” to change the order at that point. Because of that attitude and the whole situation, I decided not to leave a tip. In response, the server threw the bill on the table and completely ignored my “goodbye” when I left. Absolutely scandalous behavior - totally unprofessional.
