Very good. Swaagat is a staple in the extensive Indian food list of restaurants in Lisbon and, in particular, downtown. Visited on a friday, lunchtime, and the restaurant was almost empty. The staff was extremely polite and caring throughout the meal. I had a mug of beer, a chicken samosa with choice of 3 sauces and chicken tandoori with white rice, curry sauce on the side and garlic naan. While it took a while to cook (close to 20 minutes) the food was spot on. Lightly spiced, generous portion sizes (see the photos below) and cooked just well enough, i couldn't be more satisfied with the dish. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the staff is welcoming. They even offered to wrap the leftovers of my food so i could take it home, for which i was very thankful. If you're going through the Fork just be aware that you may have to 'remind' them to apply the discount in the end. 10/10Incredibily delicious!!, We had 2 vegetables meals and one prawns curry. I've tasted the best garlic cheese Nan bread in Lisbon. The restaurant is amazing, colorful decorations and curated details in the center. The staff is super nice and caring. we definitely loved our dinner and can't wait to come back 😁

10/10The food and ambience was amazing! Ravi our waiter suggested I try a mixed dish curry which came with its own naan bread and rice pudding. It was perfect. The pashwari was the best we had tasted. We will be back...

10/10We came over for a late lunch after arriving in Lisbon. The chicken lollipops were so delicious that we had to order a second order. The mixed grill was also very tasty - my kids finished it all up. We also ordered a chicken vindaloo, saag paneer, another chicken dish, and a prawn dish. We were told the vindaloo was going to very spicy but we found all the dishes relatively mild so wish we had asked them to make the dishes extra spicy for us. Flavors were wonderful though and service was very attentive. We would highly recommend.

Visited this Indian restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! The ambience was unique and beautifully themed around Indian culture — from the décor to the music, everything added to a warm and authentic atmosphere. The food was simply amazing, with rich flavors that truly captured the essence of home-cooked Indian meals. Every dish tasted fresh and carefully prepared. The staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine Indian hospitality and authentic cuisine!
