5.5/10Friendly staff and nice surroundings. But the food... not great, very beige and a throwback to the 80s... Breaded veal with grapefruit... Fish mousse thing, some spinach with it and mediocre rice, that's it. No idea how this made it to a Michelin rated restaurant.

9/10My wife and I were staying at the Hotel du Louvre, and we ate in the Brasserie our first night in Paris. What a great start to the trip! The food was outstanding - a simple roasted chicken dish with morels was on another level. It was such a nice surprise to have a (well deserved) Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel Brasserie. Service was fine, and the Maitre'D came over to check on us personally. Would highly recommend.

5.5/10Very slow service. Clearly the waiter had too many tables. Pleasant and professional when he dealt with us. He took orders, served food, cleared tables and cleaned up after diners left. He needed help. Food was good and the environment was big and boisterous which was ok.

9.5/10We had a wonderful waiter Clement, who took time to explain everything in English! He was very helpful and pleasant! The food was delicious! My husband had the foie gras and the sea bass, I had the tomato salad with burrata and the salmon tartare! And the presentation of the food, just beautiful! And most of the patrons were French. Why come to Paris if you don’t want an authentic experience? This place is authentic! And they make the crepes at the side of the table a flambé! Voila! Merci!

8.5/10The preparation of Crêpes Suzette at Brasserie du Louvre – Bocuse was the highlight of a wonderful evening. The theatrical presentation was reminiscent of exotic flambé performances. The attentive waiter delivered a delicious version of the dish. Prior to that, I had a crispy tomato tart with herbs and goat cheese, served as a cold appetizer, though I would have preferred it warm. For the main course, I opted for the exceptional liver with a wine sauce, herbs, and mashed potatoes on the side. This was classic French cuisine at its best and rightly one of the brasserie's signature dishes. The restaurant, located in an excellent spot, offers delicious food and impeccable service, ensuring it will not disappoint.

7/10I don’t speak French but our food was average. The pasta wonderful. The salad had too much pork and the steak undercooked. We sat by a woman and her mother that was literally in a jogging outfit. I didn’t expect that. Our waiter. I think Clement(?) was wonderful!

7/10We were 12 foodies dining in two six tops. Frankly, the Brasserie did not live up to the name "Bocuse." The food was good, but not wonderful. The only dish that was truly superb was the French onion soup. The escargot were delicious, but when is escargot not delicious? The Lyonnais salad was a bit soggy as were the lardons, and the caprese salad was good (not great). The chicken with morel mushrooms was well-executed but was served lukewarm (not hot). The salmon with spinach was tasty. The Crepe Suzette was an entertaining dish to order, and the dessert chef was personable. The wine choices were very limited, and the restaurant did not have a sommelier (just a waitress who recommended a limp rose). The service tried to please, but they were inattentive (unfilled water glasses, empty water bottles, unwilled wine glasses). We had to request attention a few times, which was disappointing. Lastly, the restaurant was unpleasantly warm. All in all, with so many fantastic restaurants to choose from in Paris, I would not return or recommend this restaurant, especially for the price.

10/10The atmosphere and food were fantastic, and the prices were even better. We were a party of six, and with dinner and dessert, our bill was only $310 USD I was worried that the food wouldn't represent French food well, but it was all great. If you want a first-class dining experience with a warm and welcoming environment, this is the place to be!

9.5/10The bistro was quiet and calm, as expected for a Monday night. The menu had a variety of classic dishes. Our waiter was polite but unfortunately had very strong body odor, which we could smell every time he stepped over us to bring a dish. All in all dinner was pleasant though a bit expensive.

4/10Unfortunately, the quality of food that was offered by the restaurant was below my expectations. I went to Paul Bocuse bistro in Tokyo, which was much better. It just became one of the many bistros in Paris which offer ordinary food. Nothing exceptional for the price I paid.

6.5/10We did not appreciate that when asking for Champagne or a glass of Cognac, we were served with upscaled expensive drinks, not the base versions. The cognac was €39 which is outrageous unless it is transparent upfront. We were not informed and that made the bill at the end a surprise. Therefore we also did not give a tip. It was inappropriate. Other than that it was a nice lunch. Service was also very good except for the above comments.

3/10Our waiter was kind. He forgot we ordered wine and in the middle of the first course when we reminded him he brought us the wrong wine, ...twice as expensive. To his credit he fixed this on the bill. The onion soup was great. The Caesar salad had chicken on it though the menu did not say so. The pork was all fat. The pike was inedible both for its gefilte fish texture and its taste. We wouldn't chance dessert. First bad meal we've had in Paris and it was HORRIBLE.

9/10The food was pretty good and the service was really outstanding. Our server went out of his way to keep checking in on us and our kids and was proactive in bringing out the kids activity packs (which was beautifully printed and designed) and making sure we had everything we needed for the kids. We loved the thoughtfulness. For a city that does not exactly welcome kids with open arms, Brasserie du Louvre definitely stood out.

5/10Food was good. I would not recommend if you are someone picky. Unfortunately we had to wave like crazy to have a glass of wine that they forgot to bring to the table. I mean we really waved quite a few times and no success. Waitresses would not look in our direction. The ambiance was good. I will give them that!

5/10We have been coming here for years and have always found it excellent. This time the Lyonnaise salad had way too much dressing and too much salt. The other dishes were just "off." A great disappointment
