    A really great evening. Very good food and truly the best service we’ve experienced in France (and probably in all of Europe, over the past 20 years). Also very helpful with our two young children (ages 1 and 3). The experience in the restaurant was so good that we will likely stay at this hotel in the future.

    My kids (5 and 9yrs old) favorite restaurant in Paris. We went several times during our stay and it never disappointed. The breakfast buffet with a la Carte options is amazing. I had the best salmon egg Benedict’s ever. The attention and service are great and the restaurant is super clean and well appointed. Highly recommend

    At first, we were disappointed to find out that Bocuse was not managing the Brasserie anymore: we missed the button hole napkin! So we asked why and we were told the Chef was the same one which is the most important because we go there for the cuisine and not the branding! We ordered steak tartare (impressive presentation and taste), pasta with mushrooms (delicious) and veal liver (exquisite)! Service team has changed and is as charming as the previous one: we will be back!

    The service was lovely. Really attentive pleasant friendly and communicative. The food was great but portions too large for us. Sadly the tables around us were filled with people on their phones playing loud social media and unaware of their surroundings

    I thought this was going to be another over- priced restaurant due to its great location around the Louvre. Not at all, although not cheap, each plate was better than the next. My wife had the seared duck while I had the French beef. Both entree’s were spectacular. The foie gras was to die for as well. Great service and great wine to pair with food!

    Very poor service and mediocre food. To start, We arrived for early dinner with sparse customers and couldn’t even get water until I got up to go ask someone. To finish, we could not get anyone’s attention for the check until again a had to get up and go find someone. The filet of beef was tough - so much that my wife complained to me the steak knife wasn’t sharp enough - ugh.

    It was advertised as exceptional in all aspects and the reality is that it is a high traffic touristic venue with an ambiance of an airport or train station. So either the message which creates expectations guaranteed to disappoint must change and adapted to the reality, or the whole concept, interior design, service and food standards need to change and adapted to fit the message.

    The food was fantastic. We enjoyed every dish we tried. However, service was awful. The waiter did not bring the drinks that we ordered (including enough water for the entire table), food was received staggered so that some in our party finished their entrees before others even received their meal. We had to ask several times for simple things like spoons for soup, or forks for escargot. The manager was dismissive when he approached our table to ask what we were missing. If the service matched the food, it would have been an exceptional dinner. Instead, we wouldn’t go back.
