    The service was lovely. Really attentive pleasant friendly and communicative. The food was great but portions too large for us. Sadly the tables around us were filled with people on their phones playing loud social media and unaware of their surroundings

    I thought this was going to be another over- priced restaurant due to its great location around the Louvre. Not at all, although not cheap, each plate was better than the next. My wife had the seared duck while I had the French beef. Both entree’s were spectacular. The foie gras was to die for as well. Great service and great wine to pair with food!

    Very poor service and mediocre food. To start, We arrived for early dinner with sparse customers and couldn’t even get water until I got up to go ask someone. To finish, we could not get anyone’s attention for the check until again a had to get up and go find someone. The filet of beef was tough - so much that my wife complained to me the steak knife wasn’t sharp enough - ugh.

    It was advertised as exceptional in all aspects and the reality is that it is a high traffic touristic venue with an ambiance of an airport or train station. So either the message which creates expectations guaranteed to disappoint must change and adapted to the reality, or the whole concept, interior design, service and food standards need to change and adapted to fit the message.

    The food was fantastic. We enjoyed every dish we tried. However, service was awful. The waiter did not bring the drinks that we ordered (including enough water for the entire table), food was received staggered so that some in our party finished their entrees before others even received their meal. We had to ask several times for simple things like spoons for soup, or forks for escargot. The manager was dismissive when he approached our table to ask what we were missing. If the service matched the food, it would have been an exceptional dinner. Instead, we wouldn’t go back.

    Friendly staff and nice surroundings. But the food... not great, very beige and a throwback to the 80s... Breaded veal with grapefruit... Fish mousse thing, some spinach with it and mediocre rice, that's it. No idea how this made it to a Michelin rated restaurant.

    My wife and I were staying at the Hotel du Louvre, and we ate in the Brasserie our first night in Paris. What a great start to the trip! The food was outstanding - a simple roasted chicken dish with morels was on another level. It was such a nice surprise to have a (well deserved) Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel Brasserie. Service was fine, and the Maitre'D came over to check on us personally. Would highly recommend.

    Very slow service. Clearly the waiter had too many tables. Pleasant and professional when he dealt with us. He took orders, served food, cleared tables and cleaned up after diners left. He needed help. Food was good and the environment was big and boisterous which was ok.

    We had a wonderful waiter Clement, who took time to explain everything in English! He was very helpful and pleasant! The food was delicious! My husband had the foie gras and the sea bass, I had the tomato salad with burrata and the salmon tartare! And the presentation of the food, just beautiful! And most of the patrons were French. Why come to Paris if you don’t want an authentic experience? This place is authentic! And they make the crepes at the side of the table a flambé! Voila! Merci!

    The preparation of Crêpes Suzette at Brasserie du Louvre – Bocuse was the highlight of a wonderful evening. The theatrical presentation was reminiscent of exotic flambé performances. The attentive waiter delivered a delicious version of the dish. Prior to that, I had a crispy tomato tart with herbs and goat cheese, served as a cold appetizer, though I would have preferred it warm. For the main course, I opted for the exceptional liver with a wine sauce, herbs, and mashed potatoes on the side. This was classic French cuisine at its best and rightly one of the brasserie's signature dishes. The restaurant, located in an excellent spot, offers delicious food and impeccable service, ensuring it will not disappoint.

    I don’t speak French but our food was average. The pasta wonderful. The salad had too much pork and the steak undercooked. We sat by a woman and her mother that was literally in a jogging outfit. I didn’t expect that. Our waiter. I think Clement(?) was wonderful!
