This was our last night in Paris. The experience at Lutetia was memorable and more than a delicious ending. Key to the evening was our server, Hussain R., who guided us with choices and assured proper timing. Clearly he is a professional who cares that his diners are delighted!

An elegant setting and very welcoming staff make this restaurant a nice choice for locals and visitors from abroad. Food was excellent, cocktail and wine just the same. Only downside: two of my prawns weren’t deveined. I was lucky to notice in good time. If you do not devein the prawns, you may end up with a grainy and unpleasant texture in your mouth.

Excellent service and tranquil. Menu choice reasonable and enough. Prices high but considering the quality of the hotel, still high. Food quality good but have experienced better in local restaurants not too far away. That said, had an overall good experience and would return.

Starters and desserts were good, but the mains was terrible, the steak was so tuff I had to stop eating it after 2 bites, linguine was also so dry and the the lobster was part raw in some places, not worth the price overall. Have to say the staff were very kind and friendly though.

I doubt the Accueil is racist. she wanted to me put me at the table outside even though there were table available inside and I put note the table area I want when I made reservations When white customer come, they put them at quiet place and even hold their clothes for them. When I left the resto, not even a goodbye. I do feel different treat to white peoples and colored people.

Typical of restaurants and eateries attached to hotels or in alliance with hotels, this did not ignite my flame. Food quality was not bad but neither was it too-notch. It caters predominantly to the crowd that is influenced by brand rather than by performance. The prices are sky high and the service is average. Lots of firm but not as much substance. I ordered oysters on the half shell and escargots. I have experienced much better in many places at half the price. So if you want to see and be seen, you can give it a try. I certainly don’t intend to return. The only thing that stood out was the dessert: île flottante. Top notch.

This was a last minute reservation on our trip to Paris. Very happy to have found it. Prawns, escargot, oysters and foie gras appetizers were delicious. We also enjoyed our lobster, fish and steak dinner. Good food, good ambience and attentive service. I would recommend.

Staffs are not attentive, and the service was extremely slow. We had our wine glass empty for most of the time. There was a lightning problem and it was uncomfortable to see lights flashing throughout our dinner. It was very embarrassing for an important dinner, while the quality of food was decent.

Price-quality balance certainly not ok. Heavily overrated with non-sophisticated dishes. Fish soup and prawns are OK, but meat and quinoa salad below average. In such a restaurant we expected more sophistication in the dishes.

Fresh and good selection of ingredients. Simple but elegant food with balanced flavours. Classics are reinterpreted in a subtle but playful way. The foie gras was delicious. Millefeuille was good - although I have had a lot better - and the tarte au chocolat was rich and indulgent but leaning on the very sweet side.
