The restaurant was pretty empty, the sommelier brought white wine glass to the table for a 150 euro red, then after being told to find the correct glasses he brought dirty ones / which the waiter had to replace. A final bill of 500 euros for two people and I would NOT ever go back.

Very attractive bistro ambience. Good lighting and table separation. Our wait person, Greg, was extremely attentive and helpful with dining suggestions. Their was a mix up on my wife’s entree due to miscommunications to Greg. Without hesitation. he brought the entree that my wife believed she had ordered. We were both exceptionally pleased with Greg, the food and the restaurant.

This was our last night in Paris. The experience at Lutetia was memorable and more than a delicious ending. Key to the evening was our server, Hussain R., who guided us with choices and assured proper timing. Clearly he is a professional who cares that his diners are delighted!

An elegant setting and very welcoming staff make this restaurant a nice choice for locals and visitors from abroad. Food was excellent, cocktail and wine just the same. Only downside: two of my prawns weren’t deveined. I was lucky to notice in good time. If you do not devein the prawns, you may end up with a grainy and unpleasant texture in your mouth.

Excellent service and tranquil. Menu choice reasonable and enough. Prices high but considering the quality of the hotel, still high. Food quality good but have experienced better in local restaurants not too far away. That said, had an overall good experience and would return.

Starters and desserts were good, but the mains was terrible, the steak was so tuff I had to stop eating it after 2 bites, linguine was also so dry and the the lobster was part raw in some places, not worth the price overall. Have to say the staff were very kind and friendly though.

I doubt the Accueil is racist. she wanted to me put me at the table outside even though there were table available inside and I put note the table area I want when I made reservations When white customer come, they put them at quiet place and even hold their clothes for them. When I left the resto, not even a goodbye. I do feel different treat to white peoples and colored people.
