Very interesting menu with beautiful execution. The deconstructed bruschetta served in a marinade showed off incredible knife skills in the kitchen in a beautiful presentation with fabulous flavor. The platter of grilled vegetables was a true platter with several different fire grilled vegetable lightly salted. Utterly simple presentation of the best produce. We stumbled on this restaurant on our first day in Catania. We will be back.
