5.5/10courses not paced well. lights went out midway through dinner ans mosquitoes were terrible. food was average.

Your message repeats points already shared on another platform, to which we’ve responded in detail. For reference, a 7-course tasting menu with pairings typically lasts around 3.5 hours, which was the case. The brief power outage was handled quickly, and mosquito candles were in place. As for the food, it reflects our culinary vision — one that is widely appreciated by the vast majority of our guests.

The lunch menu was excellent. The escargots in red beet with asparagus cream being the most remarkable. The house champagne is very good, and the special 1990 cuvée with the cheese plate is exceptional.

10/10Truly excellent food, easily the best meal we’ve had in Épernay, and we’ve been visiting for 12+ years. The chef is a real talent. The champagne pairing was particularly impressive, the house has a lot of old vintages, and they paired with the dishes amazingly well. We will definitely be back, every dish was really good, and a few were exceptional.

8/10We enjoyed our meal and wine flight here . The service was very good and the food was good . The decor is interesting . I think maybe real flowers should be on tables not fake ones. Very welcoming , would go there again.

10/10Bulles and Bonheur lives up to its name! We had a great experience on every level. The menu was innovative and the preparation outstanding and beautifully presented. Of course, the wine list and champagne selections were extraordinary. We really liked the option of the champagne pairing for the menu. That was a fun and new experience for us. We enjoyed chatting with Fabrice, the owner, who came to our table. What a delightful person! It is clear that he is very excited about the restaurant and truly cares about his guests. We have already recorded Bulles to others and I am sure they will also have a great experience.

6.5/10Friendly staff with good service. The “amuse-bouches” were mediocre. The oyster combo, the beef tartare and the duck breast were very good. The fish was too far cooked. The dessert, a small portion of mascarpone (half of an expresso cup) covered with a tiny layer of pink long finger cookies, just did not fitted with a six course dinner. To resume, an average dinner experience. The fire works at the end were very enjoyable!

Firstly, thank you for your review of our restaurant. With to the dessert, the mascarpone was a pre-dessert to cleanse the palate before the main dessert of the chocolate finger with violet. Sorry that this excellent meal did not meet your expectations. Best regards, Fabrice

9.5/10The ambience in the old house is welcome. Decor stunning. Because we dined on a Monday night several dining room and kitchen staff were missing. However food is creative, tasty and chef cooperates with dietary restrictions. I would recommend this restaurant especially after they complete the garden.

10/10I cannot rate the experience highly enough. Every dish was superb, beautifully created and paired perfectly with the champagne. Not listed as a restaurant but as a champagne bar, do not be mistaken - this is high end food in a beautiful setting, put together by people who truly care.

8/10After a very quiet start the single waiter managed to put on some music, take our orders and deliver our meals to create a nice ambience. Great food and fund crockery with the occasional Limoges object here and there. House champagne perfectly fine and fair value.

10/10Amazing food and champagne, recommend the menu with champagne pairings as they are expertly planned to fit together. Tried a range of champagnes including different vintage ones. Fabrice and his staff were so kind and provided excellent service. Look forward to returning!
