What a beautiful and memorable dining experience! From the service to the ambience and most notably, the incredible food, champagne and hosts. Fabrice and his team were so attentive, warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend it highly enough, will definitely be returning.

We have been before and eaten in the restaurant and bar during ‘normal’ times. The food and drink has always been the highest quality, along with amazing people. This time we came for the Habits de Lumiere festival so, as expected, it is a different experience, but just as amazing! We had brilliant food from set menus and the outside tents had the most incredible atmosphere - right in front of the magnificent firework display. The best experience and as always you will never be disappointed here and have the best fun, food and wine.

courses not paced well. lights went out midway through dinner ans mosquitoes were terrible. food was average.

For reference, a 7-course tasting menu with pairings typically lasts around 3.5 hours, which was the case. The brief power outage was handled quickly, and mosquito candles were in place. As for the food, it reflects our culinary vision — one that is widely appreciated by the vast majority of our guests.

The lunch menu was excellent. The escargots in red beet with asparagus cream being the most remarkable. The house champagne is very good, and the special 1990 cuvée with the cheese plate is exceptional.

Truly excellent food, easily the best meal we’ve had in Épernay, and we’ve been visiting for 12+ years. The chef is a real talent. The champagne pairing was particularly impressive, the house has a lot of old vintages, and they paired with the dishes amazingly well. We will definitely be back, every dish was really good, and a few were exceptional.

We enjoyed our meal and wine flight here . The service was very good and the food was good . The decor is interesting . I think maybe real flowers should be on tables not fake ones. Very welcoming , would go there again.

Bulles and Bonheur lives up to its name! We had a great experience on every level. The menu was innovative and the preparation outstanding and beautifully presented. Of course, the wine list and champagne selections were extraordinary. We really liked the option of the champagne pairing for the menu. That was a fun and new experience for us. We enjoyed chatting with Fabrice, the owner, who came to our table. What a delightful person! It is clear that he is very excited about the restaurant and truly cares about his guests. We have already recorded Bulles to others and I am sure they will also have a great experience.

it's Michelin star standard, one of the best restaurants for dinner in the Epernay & Reims area. Very well spoken English by the waitress and waiter.
