Very overated. Too expensive for what it is the food. The nice waitress brought us to choose different wines, but we never saw the prices, and in the end the bottle was super expensive

What an amazing place made extra special by the wonderful staff. Each dish was described in detail as was the wine with each course. These were Georgian wines that we had never tried before and each was a new discovery. There was a large corporate group that had taken nearly all the seats but this did not distact the staff from giving us full attention and we felt special. Certainly a restaurant we would go back to if we are back in Liege. The chef was very creative and got full flavour in to the dishes with some wonderful combinations that we did not expect would work but they just did :-)

This charming restaurant prepares delicious, modern Georgian dishes, respecting the country's traditional roots. Besides the unique flavors of both the dishes and the wines, the service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

It was an interesting discovery of the Georgian cuisine and their wines. They have one fixed menu and most of the dishes were vegetarian, one of the startes was a kind of fishcake and the `main course` had some minced meat. Although the preparations and herbes were very interesting but it never blew us away. The main course could use a bit more filling, now it was too small for a main. Service was very well organised and they take a lot of effort to explain their concept.

This is wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. It was our first time eating Georgian dishes and we were hugely impressed. The pairing of Georgian wines was equally first class. We would highly recommend Cabale to anyone living or visiting Liège.

Exciting experience of taste and dish presentations. Downside too little portions, the overall meal of 6 courses has left me hungry. Overpriced overall, as mostly vegetarian with good but simple ingredients and expensive wine degustation.

Great hostess, no time pressures, the food kept coming! We loved that there was an option for half wine glass pairings with the food. Never tried Georgian food before but definitely will be trying again. Remember to bring cash though as you can’t tip on the card.
