It was an interesting discovery of the Georgian cuisine and their wines. They have one fixed menu and most of the dishes were vegetarian, one of the startes was a kind of fishcake and the `main course` had some minced meat. Although the preparations and herbes were very interesting but it never blew us away. The main course could use a bit more filling, now it was too small for a main. Service was very well organised and they take a lot of effort to explain their concept.

This is wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. It was our first time eating Georgian dishes and we were hugely impressed. The pairing of Georgian wines was equally first class. We would highly recommend Cabale to anyone living or visiting Liège.

Exciting experience of taste and dish presentations. Downside too little portions, the overall meal of 6 courses has left me hungry. Overpriced overall, as mostly vegetarian with good but simple ingredients and expensive wine degustation.

Great hostess, no time pressures, the food kept coming! We loved that there was an option for half wine glass pairings with the food. Never tried Georgian food before but definitely will be trying again. Remember to bring cash though as you can’t tip on the card.

Fabulous food and good wines, if you’re looking for taste AND something not too heavy it’s the perfect place. If you’re looking for something fast, unfortunately the service was quite slow especially towards the end. I think we might have waited almost 30 min for our dessert. We arrived at 18.30 and left more than 3 hours later for a 5 course meal! That’s the only downside.

They serve fantastic food, a bit edgy not boring. All dishes were build up intelligently. Great quality also a very good french wine list if you are not into wine paring. Very nice service :))

Great discovery. Nice and friendly service in a great location. The chef propose a 5 steps menu of French gastronomic cuisine with a touch of Georgia. The desert based on topinambour was excellent !

Lovely georgian food with a modern twist. Especially recommend the scallops. The wine pairings were a bit pricey at €20 for three glasses and the khinkali lacked some of the refinement that the other courses did have. Therefore 8/10.
