Cadó is a small and delightful restaurant up in the charming hill town of Cosio d'Arroscia. The owner and chef teamed up eight years ago to provide exquisite tastings of Ligurian, Piemontese and Tuscanese dishes prepared with great care. The ambience is charming, fresh but not too modern. Five courses of a Fixed Menu on the weekends made me comeback twice in a week with two different guests. Both loved their meals and experience. Highly recommended.
