Was the food, service or environment? I can't decide. Sitting in the Scola garden, a short walk from our holiday apartment in Colletta Di Castelbianco, and being served Michelin star level food by charming waiters will be the most memorable part of our trip. We chose the 6 course menu, but it was more like 10 courses. We were lucky to get a last minute booking on a Friday night too. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you Scola family! 😍
