10/10The waitress, and the chef was amazing. They explain things in detail and made us feel special and made the night special. Best meal we had in Florence. I will be telling my friends to make sure they go there. FYI: the place is beautiful.

10/10The restaurant is beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. We enjoyed our food and drinks immensely, and would definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice evening in Florence.

10/10I had been here 7 years ago and had the most divine desert. I wanted to bring my husband here. Of course they did not have the same desert but the entrees and deserts we had were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Wondering experience once again.

10/10We enjoy a nice lunch in family at this very cosy place with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. The food was excellent and the personnal very professional and kind. They even surprise me with a dessert for my birthday. A small jewel few steps of the loud crowd. We recommend it.

10/10We really enjoyed our evening here. The setting is lovely, near the Ponte Vecchio, on the side of the Arno river. We sat inside as it was roasting outside. The service was excellent, we used a bit of Italian we know which goes down really well (try to speak it, it’s really appreciated) the food was great as was the wine. We had Tempura squid, Soft shell crab to start, the Hamburgers & then the Tiramisu (delicious!) Definitely recommend this place for an evening meal.

4.5/10I booked a table and wrote a message in advance that we were celebrating a birthday in a restaurant, did not react to this message in any way, plus when I wanted to pay through the TheFork program, they started having problems with payment and they did not want to accept this payment, the food did not like at all

10/10I have been in Florence for a week and this is by far the best meal I have had. The ambiance and service was terrific only surpassed by the food. I was waiting for a “wow” meal in Florence, and this was it. I HIGHLY recommend

6.5/10Cool place. Fabulous location. Very good food. Really bad service. Like, 45 minutes to get our drinks, 1.5 hours for food, wrong food order, and incorrect bill, But, the food was really good and creative.

6/10We were visiting Florence and booked our restaurants ahead of time and wanted to dine in fine places. The food was good but portions are on the smaller side. What disappointed us was the staff had no personality at all and at times made us feel like we were a bother to them just by asking a question. It is not a fun place to dine that makes you feel good about the amount of money your paying. We will not return to dine here on our next trip.

10/10We had a delicious meal at Caffè dell’Oro. The menu has some Asian influences but you can still find Italian classics. The wines are a little higher prices but very good. The service was friendly and professional. The ambiance was lovely with good music and a low noise level. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

10/10The service was fantastic. The beer tartar, ravioli,and the beef dish delicious. The duck was delicious but a little chewy. They gave us 3 little chocolate at the end so delicious. It was a great dining experience.

8.5/10Facing the Arno we were lucky to be seated at a table with direct view on the Ponte Vecchiò; this Smartly designed restaurant is part of a hotel . From the onset you know it’s a quality table from the bread basket with a variety of yummy breads and the delicate tempura appetizers we’ve ordered. All what followed turned out to be savory including the tiramisu for desert.
