10/10We had a wonderful experience at Caffè dell’Oro, thanks in large part to Ulvi. As tourists, we often find it a bit challenging to navigate menus, but Ulvi took the time to guide us through everything with great patience and care. He was extremely welcoming and genuinely friendly, making us feel not just like guests at the restaurant, but truly at home in a foreign country.

The waitress, and the chef was amazing. They explain things in detail and made us feel special and made the night special. Best meal we had in Florence. I will be telling my friends to make sure they go there. FYI: the place is beautiful.

I had been here 7 years ago and had the most divine desert. I wanted to bring my husband here. Of course they did not have the same desert but the entrees and deserts we had were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Wondering experience once again.

We enjoy a nice lunch in family at this very cosy place with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. The food was excellent and the personnal very professional and kind. They even surprise me with a dessert for my birthday. A small jewel few steps of the loud crowd. We recommend it.
