About this restaurant
El restaurante Candlelight está ubicado en Hostal de La Gavina, en la gerundense localidad de S´Agaró, en la Costa Brava. Este año 2016 se presenta totalmente renovado. Se ha reformado por completo instalaciones e interiorismo y cambiado la carta para brindar a los clientes una experiencia única en una atmósfera especial. La carta, de la mano del chef Romain Fornell, pasa por la reinterpretación de clásicos y la combinación de tradición y vanguardia en creaciones propias. Laurentino Costa y José Luis Pulido , los jefes de cocina, están frente a los fogones. Una bodega con más de 200 referencias de caldos de diferentes procedencias da la bienvenida a los comensales. Candlelight dispone, además de la sala interior, de una íntima y romántica terraza. El pianista amenizará la velada mientras degustan los diferentes platos. Abierto para el servicio de cenas, todos los días, de abril a noviembre. ¡Estarán encantados de recibiros!.
