Our meal was terrific! We had been to a pasta-making class in the afternoon and were not terribly hungry, but still wanted dinner. The staff was so accommodating and allowed us to order a few shared items and create our own three course tasting menu. Every single item was delicious! The salmon was especially incredible and beautiful! And the chestnut pudding was amazing. We loved the open kitchen, but the only slight issue is that the kitchen lighting is so bright that it overpowers the dining room a bit. Thanks for a wonderful last meal in Firenze — at least on this trip! We’d love to come back.

Great experience! Like the seafood wasn’t fresh enough, dishes weren’t extremely tasty enough, our host found a bottle of Blanc de Noire Franciacorta (that wasnt in the already good wine list) to indulge us. Incredible value for money also!! Thank you PS: definitely worth a Michelin mention!!!

This restaurant came highly rated from a another local chef in Florence. The atmosphere, the food, the service, and the overall experience was top notch. If I lived in Florence, I would certainly eat hear on a regular basis. We are a party of six and it was our last evening in Florence. This experience capped off a great week of beautiful memories.

A place we will surely remember. A very cozy place: an open kitchen and only a few tables, feels like a living room but in the good sense. The staff was extremely polite and the food was memorable, which is why you go to a restaurant. We ate similar dishes before but not exactly like this, not prepared or presented in this way. Compliments to the chefs and the staff, we had a great time.

Unassuming restaurant on a quiet side street, just far enough from the Palazzo Vecchio to avoid the crowds. Varied menu with fantastic seafood dishes if you are tired of the beef centric menus at surrounding restaurants. We had the fried baby octopus app and a 1/2 lobster with pasta special. Both were delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with food choices and wine selection.

For the first time in several visits, we were seated in the wine cellar space downstairs. It is much quieter than the upstairs dining area. That’s all an aside to the fantastic food we enjoyed. My parents were not in the mood for too much seafood and deviated from our normal approach which is to have seafood only dishes. Their gnocchi were very good and they enjoyed the sliced beef as a secondo. We all enjoyed the odd sounding but delicious Cod meatballs as an appetizer. Highly recommend eating here. It’s a little pricier than other locations, but the price remains a good value due to the excellent quality and presentation.

Came by accident as was getting tired of similar meat focused menus each night so looked for a local seafood place. It is small but very welcoming and all the food we had was excellent. For its price it was probably the best meal we had to Florence and certainly the most authentic.

What a great little find. Looking for seafood in Florence is not the easiest task. Owners take pride in this hidden gem. Every seat was taken at opening at 7:00. So glad I was able to have a great meal.

We had Octopus w carmelized onions to start It was fabulous! My husband had Tuna w pistachio encrusted that he loved & I had the sea bass. The best I’ve ever eaten. Also the wine suggestion was perfect! A very lovely evening! We highly recommend.
