Eccelente! I hate to rate this place so highly, because it may become overcrowded ! But seriously, this place is fantastic. We were the first in for dinner at 19:00, and by the time we left about 20:30, all tables on the main level were full, and many on the lower level too. And it’s easy to see why! The seafood is so fresh here, it’s practically wriggling on your plate. While we didn’t have the bistecca tonight, a neighboring table did, and it looked amazing. The misto mare appetizer sampler was a great value, and absolutely delicious. My spaghetti vongole, a personal favorite, did not disappoint! Fresh pasta and fresh clams in butter and garlic? What more could one want? The house white wine was also amazing, and a local product. This was our first night back in Firenze, and we may go back before the week is through. Highly recommended!!!

We’re so grateful to the local shopkeeper who recommended this restaurant to us. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly. Every menu item seemed delicious so it was actually difficult to decide what to eat. Needless to say the seafood was impeccably fresh and the pasta was delicious. As the evening went on we saw more and more locals arriving- so that’s the ultimate compliment.

Quite excellent. Wonderful food and a decent wine list with outstanding Foscarino Soave Classico.. Small and very friendly restaurant.

Our meal was terrific! We had been to a pasta-making class in the afternoon and were not terribly hungry, but still wanted dinner. The staff was so accommodating and allowed us to order a few shared items and create our own three course tasting menu. Every single item was delicious! The salmon was especially incredible and beautiful! And the chestnut pudding was amazing. We loved the open kitchen, but the only slight issue is that the kitchen lighting is so bright that it overpowers the dining room a bit. Thanks for a wonderful last meal in Firenze — at least on this trip! We’d love to come back.

We had an amazing dinner here on our first night in Florence. This was by far our best meal in Italy so far. Compliment to Joel, the chef, and management.

Servers are order takers . That is the owners fault. They lacked proper training in hospitality . There is always room for improvement!

Great experience! Like the seafood wasn’t fresh enough, dishes weren’t extremely tasty enough, our host found a bottle of Blanc de Noire Franciacorta (that wasnt in the already good wine list) to indulge us. Incredible value for money also!! Thank you PS: definitely worth a Michelin mention!!!

The Florentine beef at Cantinetta delle Terme was the best we've had anywhere in the multiple times we've visited Firenze. It was outstanding. Beautiful restaurant with excellent ambiance.

This restaurant came highly rated from a another local chef in Florence. The atmosphere, the food, the service, and the overall experience was top notch. If I lived in Florence, I would certainly eat hear on a regular basis. We are a party of six and it was our last evening in Florence. This experience capped off a great week of beautiful memories.

A place we will surely remember. A very cozy place: an open kitchen and only a few tables, feels like a living room but in the good sense. The staff was extremely polite and the food was memorable, which is why you go to a restaurant. We ate similar dishes before but not exactly like this, not prepared or presented in this way. Compliments to the chefs and the staff, we had a great time.
