It was our first time and we loved the excellent food, with very attentive service from the chef and all the staff, especially the young lady who explained the menu , suggested great food and spoke English which helped a lot. Thank you and see you next time :)

We had high expectations for this restaurant because of its 9.5 rating, but unfortunately our experience did not match it. The food was correct but nothing special. For a place called Carpaccio and located in a high-end area of Rome, we expected an outstanding carpaccio, and it was far from the best we have tried. All dishes were served at the same time, starters and mains together, which ruined the experience. We also ordered a burger medium-rare to medium and received it well done. Although they replaced it, the second one was similar. Overall, disappointing.

It was our first time visiting Carpaccio Beef Restaurant and we were truly impressed. Matteo was extremely attentive and welcoming, and he patiently answered all our questions about the menu. We were also pleasantly surprised with a delicious champagne and starter treat for our anniversary — such a thoughtful gesture! The restaurant also accommodated our special seating request, which made the evening even more memorable. We ordered the Tomahawk, which was cooked beautifully and full of flavour. The overall atmosphere was warm, elegant, and perfect for a special occasion. A wonderful experience — we will definitely return!

pleasant staff and nice ambience. The carpaccio was excellent but wish I'd opted for steak over pasta as it was mediocre. Despite staff being attentive they appeared to have no logical table coverage, so each of my plates was delivered by a different person, the second wine needed me to catch sight of the deliverer of the first, the bill was presented by a new person & did not respect the forks discount until promoted to correct it & the pistachio cheesecake was caramel with no pistachio and resembled tiramisu rather than cheesecake. I was attracted by the scoring of the restaurant but maybe I chose some plates badly. It has a lot of potential but I'd dedicate staff to specific tables to attend to their needs more appropriately.

We recommend the restaurant: the food is a little bit expensive but delicious. My remark: waiters are really kind and helpful but clearly the restaurant need more staff, sometimes we had to wait a lot for someone to come, although we could see it was not their fault, they were doing their best to deal with all the tables demands.

I completely understand the excellent reviews! Everything was just great! Our waiter was very attentive, we liked every single thing we tasted, the atmosphere was nice, as it was my birthday we got a birthday Prosecco surprise as well! I mean, it really was a 10/10. The chef and kitchen staff are excellent, the steak was cooked to perfection, the potatoes were savory and perfectly textured, and the dessert was delicious. The wait staff felt young and inexperienced which was by no means bad, but took somewhat from the overall experience.
