10/10Amazing place, great service, and great steak options. After too many days of pasta, this was much appreciated! Steven our server was great and attentive, best service we have received in Rome so far. We ordered ribeye and spring rolls.

10/10It was our first time and we loved the excellent food, with very attentive service from the chef and all the staff, especially the young lady who explained the menu , suggested great food and spoke English which helped a lot. Thank you and see you next time :)

We had high expectations for this restaurant because of its 9.5 rating, but unfortunately our experience did not match it. The food was correct but nothing special. For a place called Carpaccio and located in a high-end area of Rome, we expected an outstanding carpaccio, and it was far from the best we have tried. All dishes were served at the same time, starters and mains together, which ruined the experience. We also ordered a burger medium-rare to medium and received it well done. Although they replaced it, the second one was similar. Overall, disappointing.
