10/10A very nice restaurant with quite an extensive menu. Cavatelli with mussels and clams was very tasty as well as the roasted vegetables. My husband had the sliced beef that came with arugula and cheese. Tiramisu was very good. Service impeccable and ambience/decoration very classy. A suggestion: the online menu could be updated I strongly recommend this restaurant!

10/10We ate out each night over an 8 day stay across Puglia. Using review sites, all restaurants were very good but Cascipo was easily our favourite. Fabulous, genuine Puglian food - the mixed starter in particular was fantastic and was composed of multiple dishes, all delicious. The tiramisu the best we tried, and we've had a few! I can thoroughly recommend the restaurant. Excellent value (so good we refused the Fork discount)!

10/10The food was so delicious. Started with the cavatelli with muscles and clam. Cooked perfectly. My wife had the pasta with tuna. She said it was amazing. I had the sliced beef for secondi and it was masterfully cooked and so delicious as well. I was fortunate enough to have a conversation with its the owner/chef about his bread. I make bread and he shared some pointers with me which I will incorporate when I make my next batch of bread. Highly recommend Cascipo when you are in Brindisi

10/10Hidden gem in Brindisi. Service was excellent, interior was gorgeous! High ceilings, fabulous lighting. Food was excellent! Everyone in our party of 8 loved their meals. Wine was also fantastic! We all would highly recommend Cascipo to others visiting Brindisi.

10/10It is a very cozy environment. The restaurant owners are a family and they are very friendly and attentive. But most importantly, their pasta is amazing. Handmade and very delicious. If you like pasta you can only choose this restaurant.

10/10Very nice staff. The food was great. Big portions of delicious pasta followed by fresh fish. We were to full to manage a desert, but we had a lovely evening in their cozy restaurant. Local white wine was perfectly paired with the food. Best restaurant in Brindisi so far!
