9/10Excellent food quality, good hosting, good wine card. Meat was cooked to near perfection. Restaurant is set in a nicely redeveloped red light area of Rotterdam. Parking’s a bit of a hassle, especially during dinner time. All & all a great experience, albeit seriously overpriced

7/10We had Burrata as appetizer and the porterhouse steak for 2 people for main dish with fries and green salad as side dishes. The steak was 800 grams and it took time till we can eat it so half of meat was cold once we wanted to eat it because there was not any warmer under it. But the taste of dishes were tasty.

9.5/10Excellent meat, great service and atmosphere. It is a bit pricey as all meat in NL. More options of wine on the 30 euros level with good cost benefit would be nice. We will definitely come back for more.

2/10Arrived on time for our booking, but they had no record 9n their system, despite having confirmed over the phone. Waited 30 mins for some tables to be put together for us. Another 20mins before anyone brought menus or took a drinks order, then immediately rushed us for food order also. Delicious steak but ridiculously expensive for very little. Beware that all but the house steak are on a ‘to share’ basis, meaning the price you see (around 50 euros p.p) is for half a regular size steak. One ribeye cost 90 euros for 9 slices. Everyone was left hungry and out of pocket. Also many items from the order were forgotten, and we had to keep getting up to get the attention of staff that were just chatting with each other. Delicious steak, but inappropriately expensive, and poor service.

9/10Meat! And very good meat, and plenty of it!. Sharing plates was a very good idea. Suitable walk from the SS Rotterdam along the quayside. We will come back the next time in Rotterdam.

7.5/10The restaurant was a great little find and the food was very tasty. There was a great ambiance and the decor made it very cosy. Service was slightly slow at times, which meant we were waiting for drinks, but overall a great place and would visit it again.

8/10The meat is impeccable, the rest of the menu as wel for that matter. Cooked to absolute perfection. The only thing; the price. I don't mind paying premium prices for a premium dishes or elevated gastronomic delights. Yet, it just isn't worth the money - especially compared to other upper echelon steak houses and/or specialty meat restaurants. It's mostly "the name" you're paying for, which is a bit of a bummer. Their gimmick is high end food in a seemingly low-key and approachable environment, yet for this kind of money you could easily get the Michelin treatment at other places. With all that being said and one; let me emphasise again the food is impeccable.

6.5/10The prices you pay for the dishes we expected it to be above the rest. Don’t get me wrong, beef was really good and quality of meat fantastic! And the service was also good. However there are quite a few other restaurants where the service and food is not good BUT great and the prices are the same. Ave steak price is between 36-50euro

5/10Firstly, when i aarived they did not have a booking. I showed them the confirmation of the booking and i was given the worst table next to the kitchen. Then i was charged fir 2 dishes while the menu said the meat is for 2 people. The steak was good though. My overall expression was that the place is totally overrated
