10/10What a terrific place! The service was excellent and the food spectacular. Everything was tasty - from the blackberry mojitos (a work of art) to the desserts. My personal favourites were the tomato carpaccio and the scallops. We shared several starters and ordered different main dishes. Without exception, they were fantastic. No doubt we will be back to try more. Thank you Chef and thank you to the excellent servers. A great evening!

10/10Blackberry mojito is a must! Thank you for an absolutely delicious meal. I had seabass in thai sauce and my partner had lamb shank. Both were fantastic! Will definitely return when in Barcelona!

10/10If I could give 10 stars I would! Found this place on the last day of our trip and booked for birthday and anniversary dinner. The restaurant is down a short alley and looks like something out of a storybook. Charming, cozy, perfect ambiente! We were the first table of the evening. We told our server about the birthday and anniversary. Our server made a video of the entire dinner from the food prep to the celebratory dessert at the end of dinner. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant is cozy and small but never felt stuffy or overcrowded. HIGHLY recommend!

4.5/10This restaurant was a disappointment given its 4.7 rating. After over 1 hour wait, grilled octopus was cold and bland, seabass with prawn was also cold and parts were raw, cube beef dish was medium rare instead of medium, torrija shell/dough was undercooked. Waiter was nice, but never once asked if we liked the food... he probably knew it was not good!

10/10When you get to La Cera street you do not imagine to find there such a nice place and great FOOD. From the warm welcome by Marsi to the competent service of Arthur everything was perfect. Superb choices of first and second plates and desserts. Wine list is very good. I stick to the recommendation Liberta Prima from Montserrat. Great choice. The Belotta cured ham with bread and tomatoes sauce was delicious and the main course a rice of seasonal mushrooms superb. Cooked at perfection. For dessert we shared LA TORRIJA DEL VECINO. 10/10We found this restaurant by googling about a month before arriving Barcelona. The reviews were great, so we made a reservation for 4/21/24 at 7PM. When the taxi driver dropped us off and said, "walk down this street and it will be on your right", we didn't think anything about it until it looked like we were in a locals area and thought he must have gotten the address wrong! All of a sudden we came upon the cutest restaurant nestled in with other businesses! We would have never stumbled upon it! Cera 23 was amazing! When we first arrived there weren't many customers, by the time we left, the place was packed and there was standing room only in the entrance. The service was exceptional and every thing from cocktails to every dish was artistic and exceptional with taste! We had eaten at a Michelin restaurant the night before and it didn't come close to Cera 23! The Michelin restaurant was great, but Cera 23 was so much more! It was so unique in character, charm, the service, the food...I have traveled the world and this is the best food I have ever eaten! Not if, but when I return to Barcelona, it will definitely be on my list of places to eat, not once, but multiple times! The Manager, Marse, was such a delight and made sure our experience was nothing but the best! We asked who the Chef was, sorry, but I can't remember HER name, but we told her how thrilled we were with our experience and she was genuinely appreciative! Definitely go, you won't be disappointed. Make a reservation in advance to ensure a table!

8.5/10The food, the mohitos and the service were excellent. You run a fantastic restaurant. My only complaint was that my girlfriend who is Brazilian and I (from the US) were sat next to a older British couple that continued to make sexist and racist remarks about my girlfriend. I know this was not your fault in any way but I came to Cera 23 10 years ago and was so excited to take my gf to show her what a good experience your restaurant provides. Unfortunately, the constant racist and sexist remarks somewhat ruined what was otherwise a lovely meal. At one point, I even told them I could gear what they were saying and gave them a dirty look. Instead of stopping, they just switched to whispering.. but their whispering was so loud we could still hear every racist comment they made about her being "dark" and wanting citizenship from a "white" guy.

8/10We waited for 20 minutes to get anything from our server and when she finally came, she didn't say hi or welcome or ask if she could get us a drink. She said 'do you know what you want?'. That was her greeting. And it didn't get better from there. I've been many times and have sent several group of friends there but I have never had an experience this. Disappointing to take relatives there after a spoke so highly this restaurant. I think I'm done.

Hello Rick! We give you our deepest apologizes for our waitress behavior. Is not normal that we provide a bad service and aparently was for a bad day of hers and she took it in a very unprofetional way. 10/10Every time we are in BCN we stop by and have dinner in this beautiful restaurant. The food is excellent and freshly cooked in the open kitchen. Service is great and and very friendly. Highly recommended.

10/10Eggplant appetizer and hidden flavors were a pleasant surprise. Sea bass was our favorite but every dish was divine. Mushroom risotto had deep flavors and black ink rice was Michelin star quality.

10/10I was delighted to have a panoramic view of the ocean, Adeje coast and mountains while enjoying my meal. The staff were warm and polite and the dishes were delicious. The morcilla was uniquely presented. I found the “secreto” a little chewy but the flavour was divine. The scallops were melt-in-your-mouth delectable - I was practically drinking them. Loved their unique black salt as well. Would readily come back to try other dishes and take in the ambiance.
