9.5/10Absolutely fantastic seafood and wines in a busy noisy joyful environment. It’s got high turnover and you may have to share a table but the food is worth it! Not a quiet date night spot but definitely worth a group meal or dinner with a friend.

9.5/10Fantastic seafood and great atmosphere. The staff was busy but they made sure we were taken care of. The garlic shrimp and clams were awesome. I enjoyed the steak sandwich and lemon sorbet/vodka for dessert. Great spot!

9.5/10Phil Rosenthal and the late Anthony Bourdain were not exaggerating when they said the food here was excellent. It was well worth the price! Everything was oh so delicious! I made the right choice in booking a trip to Lisbon and making a reservation at Ramiro. It is truly an experience of a lifetime!

10/10This was our first trip to Portugal and we wound up going to Ramiro twice! Great experience all around - food, service, vibe. Seafood was amazing, especially the scarlet shrimp. Definitely reserve, esp if you have a large group. We’ll be back for sure.

9.5/10We choose to dine here from many recommendations (some being locals) and it didn’t disappoint. It is a bit overwhelming so let the waiter choose for you. The food was delicious and the experience was so much fun. We left completely full! It is now on my list as a must for other travelers to dine at when eating in Lisbon.

6/10Super popular spot that everyone online says you have to try, but it was the most disappointing meal we had in Lisbon unfortunately. Seafood is fresh, but they only have seafood and bread, no other sides. I would skip (personally) if you're visiting Lisbon

10/10Amazing food!!! We had reservations at 3:00pm and we were seated promptly! The staff was very helpful with the menu suggestions! We had Clams with Garlic, Barnicle, Tiger Shrimp, Scarlet Shrimp and the spider crab! All delicious!

10/10We arrived a bit earlier than our reservations, they were able to seat us which was very nice. Our servers were attentive and knowledgeable with the menu. The food came very quickly and it was phenomenal!!! This is a great place to try for seafood. Would love to go back.

9.5/10The food and service were absolutely first class. Vino verde went great with our clams, shrimp and lagostinos. Our waiter actually ordered for us and selected a delicious meal that was the perfect portion for the 2 of us. Best meal so far in our stay in Lisbon

10/10The seafood here is so fresh and the staff is professional and friendly. Every dish was delicious and I will definitely come back next time I’m in Lisbon. Highly recommend the garlic clams, red prawns, garlic big prawns, the spider crab, pecebes and the cheesecake!

9/10We were at Ramiro’s last year and sat downstairs watching the kitchen staff producing their incredible food. Then the atmosphere was so different. The room was buzzing and felt so alive. It didn’t feel like the same place this time but the food was just as good. We would still recommend it to shellfish lovers.

6/10Felt rushed by our waiter and when we had questions about certain items he just ordered them versus giving us answers and letting us make the decision if we wanted to order them or not. Like the barnacles for example.

8.5/10Warning! This restaurant has a great reputation. It has a high rating and therefore one would think you can't beat it. BUT - it is a SHELLFISH place. Not a Seafood place. If you are allergic to that product then you will not find much on that menu. If you are vegetarian then this is not the place. If you love Shrimp & its relatives... go and enjoy. I will say that after a 100 Euro deposit and 2 of 4 of us not able to eat shellfish the management was not about to refund the deposit. We were told we could go to the takeout and spend the deposit there, however a waiter name Joao saved the day and made a special meal that 2 of us could eat. The evening was saved by this amazing person.

9.5/10Fortunately, I had made reservations 5 months before our visit, and it was a great move. The seafood was really, really good, the bread that was served with the dinner was really good and enjoying dinner with a while/green (verde) wine was perfect. We enjoyed shrimp, clams, and mussels in garlic sauce along with the large prawns and everything was so, so good. I would definitely recommend you get reservations well in advance or you won't get in. Just as you'd expect, quality seafood isn't inexpensive, but all 5 of us thought it was a great meal...so, it was worth it. With 2 bottles of wine, several appetizers and a lot of seafood, the price/person was between 40-50 E. Enjoy!!!
