3.5/10The atmosphere inside the restaurant was not pleasant, the staff were laughing and talking to each other so loudly that they were noisier than the guests. It felt more like a place focused on mass service and quick table turnover rather than on creating a nice dining experience. We were served pre-prepared bread that had clearly been toasted and buttered earlier, and by the time it reached our table, even before we placed our order, it was already cold. The food itself was fine, the seafood was fresh, but overall the dishes were quite ordinary. I left the restaurant disappointed.

This place is a total scam. There are no real starters or proper sales, and nearly every dish is made with shrimp or clams. They even bring a bowl full of melted butter to your table — not exactly appetizing. The staff are extremely rude, yelling over customers and showing no training or manners. On top of that, the prices are outrageous for what you get, and the restaurant is located in a rather dodgy part of town. Save your money and avoid this place entirely.

We ate steamed clams, garlic shrimp, and scallops which were tasty, well seasoned, plentiful, and fresh. We didn’t like that they don’t serve any side dishes besides buttered bread. There’s no vegetables or salad, rice or pastas. Just seafood. Our meal though plentiful freely incomplete.

2/10The food was good, but not worth the price. All of the food was brought out at the same time and the "chocolate mousse" was more like Hershey's chocolate syrup. Not the best experience from a restaurant that people seem to love. Maybe we just caught them on an off night.

3/10Staff were rude and abrupt. Menu is crustascians and meat, no fish, with a side of bread and extra charge for Lays potato chips. No sides not even a salad. We were told ahead that we had to be done in 2 hours and the staff rushed us out in 45 minutes. It was a most unpleasant dining experience. Highly recommend NOT going here.

The seafood was very good and fresh. But there are no menu card, no sides or any salad, only fish and chips from the shop. Idealess! No explanation, and a very lazy service. We would like to have a nice meal, but there was not nly come in sit eat and go! And for that it was a bit expensive!

4/10Really disappointing. We sat upstairs so no ambience. The decor felt tired and the menu was on a QR code but limited - too many cold choices for me. Prawns had a good taste but not cleaned properly- you pay beforehand so a captive audience! Over-buttered, stale bread that you pay for ( did not ask for it). You also pay for the water they bring without request. So many better restaurants in Lisbon.

We had lunch at Ramoro and absolutely loved it! The food was super fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully served. Every dish we tried was amazing — especially the seafood! The place has such a nice, easygoing vibe and the staff were really friendly. Totally one of our favorite meals in Portugal!
