5/10Good service but didn't feel like the authentic atmosphere we were expecting. We sat in a small room upstairs despite making the reservation long ago. Also, felt very rushed.

9.5/10We have been three times. Each time, the food and the service and the style is wonderful. But with one exception: get rid of these QR codes. A good restaurant should have a proper menu that one can pick up and peruse. QR codes also encourage (force, actually) diners to have their phones out on the table.

5.5/10It was not what it used to be. The garlic shrimps and the tiger prawns we ate were lukewarm and went cold immediately. Even the butter bread was not warm and fresh.

7.5/10This is a landmark for seafood in Lisbon; I had been here already 6 years ago and came back. The place is nice but a little bit overcrowded; service is fast but a bit too pushy in making you order what they suggest. Seafood is good.

6.5/10The food was incredible but our server ruined our dining experience. He was impatient when we asked questions about the menu and was tapping his foot while taking our orders. He didn’t write down our orders and when our food came out it wasn’t what we ordered. It ended up being a welcomed mistake because it was delicious but when we questioned him he assumed we were trying to cancel food to send back to the kitchen. He wasn’t actually listening to us. When we ordered a bottle of white wine he shouted at a bus boy across the room to bring us a wine ice bucket. I think if we had a patient and friendly server this experience would have been 10/10

10/10The spider crab was perfect. Grilled prawns and clams with garlic were excellent. The buttered bread was required for dipping, and we ate it all. Very happy.

7/10Booked a table and could only get in at 5 pm which was a nice quiet time and we were served quickly. The service was quick and pleasant. The food arrived very quickly and the garlic shrimps were fresh and deliciously garlic, but very salty and I generally love salt but this was a bit too much. The giant prawns were well cooked. The lobster roll ordinary although tye bread roll was nice and fresh sweet and soft. The prego roll soft and yum but again very very salty. All in all , I am happy I came and tried, but can’t understand the hype.

10/10We were pretty excited to go to Ramiro, and ended up accidentally going a day early! The staff were amazingly accommodating and were still able to seat us which we're so appreciative of. Everything we ate and drank was amazing - highly recommend the clams in garlic and the king prawns. We also had a beautiful half bottle of a vinho verde recommended by our waiter. All around a great experience and we can't wait to return.

5/10We were shown to a table and that was it! We didn't notice that the menu was behind the QR code. I think in a place like this, the waiter should tell us how to proceed. You would think the service would be better, because the place is praised so much, it's overrated! The wine was brought to the table, not poured into glasses and the food (shrimps in garlic oil) was a bit burnt. We didn't want anything else because the atmosphere was bad. We got the feeling that there were enough customers, so the service doesn't have to be so good? We continued our dinner in another place, where we weren't looked at arrogantly. I don't recommend it.

4/10The restaurant has become a complete victim of it's own success. Lost all character and caring for what they offer to their guests. Your customers are your guests and they should be treated as such. The first 2 people we met did not even have the decency of looking at us. Just staired down at their list pad looking for our reservation name. Once seated, the rushing around of servers is not a sign of how busy the establishment is, but rather an annoyance. Dinner should be set in a calm atmosphere. The food was nothing more than just average. We ordered what was recommended by our server, one would think is the best on the menu, far from anything special. No effort, just making people feel like they should feel lucky being in the restaurant. The opposite of how it should be - you should feel lucky we have come to dine in your establishment. The worst part was the extremely loud and disturbing table guests allowed to disrupt everyone and no one made an effort to quiet them. Shame on you.
