Most disappointing Resturant in the whole Italy! Made reservation for lunch for which I had to confirm 4 times and when we go to Resturant no one was there to greet us! Resturant empty, we finally found someone and the sat us in the corner (with reservation yet)! The server brought the wrong wine and had to get his attention to let him know to bring us the right wine! After we ordered the appetizers came in fast, the artichoke was ok and again he disappeared till her brought the pastas as I wanted to order salad as everything seems bland! I also ordered veal scallopini with lemon. We sat there for 30 min never came back to table to see if our pasta was good or not! Meanwhile no sign of my veal.. after 40-45 min another server came in at which time I told him to bring the check. A disaster. Yet the owner of the place helped her friends that were sitting next to us! There are Resturants dine a dozen in Rome stay away from this one! Disaster

Pretty good experience overall. One server was great, the other not so much. I don’t feel they particularly care to serve tourists- which is fine, just something to note if you are a tourist planning to eat at this restaurant.

The restaurant has been described to us as a must try of traditional Roman cuisine, well that is it! We tried carciofi alla Giudea, fiori di zucca ripieni, carbonara e amatriciana and they were all the best we've tried. And I lived in Rome for two years! Amazing.

I would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome. The food was superb. I can't say enough about the carciofi alla guidia and pasta dishes! The dessert was delicious as well. The service was great.

Took us a minute to find it so we were late but they sat us anyway even though it was late. Wonderful bread. The best we had in 30 days. Food amazing and the service exquisite. Highly recommend.

We came for lunch after flying international, we were tired but were greeted by a friendly staff and a cold beer. He had a delightful lunch with appetizers, spaghetti carbonara, fresh fish and of course excellent wines. The meal could not be complete without a serving of there fantastic tiramisu. An experience out of old Rome with rustic ambience.

Definitely one of my favorite place when i travel to Rome. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and professional service. The food is typical roman and tasteful. The pastry from the annexed bar is delicious.

Just had an awesome 3.5 hour lunch feast of great Roman fare, served beautifully by Augusto, serenaded by 2 talented musicians during our entire meal. This is our must "go to" restaurant on every visit to Rome. 10 out of 10 rating.

One of the best Trattoria in Trastevere in terms of quality to price ratio!! Warm Welcome and traditional dishes representing what the Roman cuisine really is!!! Strongly recommended! Wish come back as soon as I can!!!!

Perhaps we just chose the wrong dishes or our expectations were high based on reviews that we had read. Either way we did not enjoy our meal at all, the pasta was not cooked al dente and the sauce was bland at best. The beautiful patio setting and great location were the only redeeming features

Food was very nicely prepared. We had the Cacio and Pepe and the Amatriciana. The waiter was great at first, when we arrived. However, as it got more crowded, we sat with empty plates for over 30 minutes. We couldn't get anyones attention to clear the plates, get another glass of wine and then later the check.

The food was absolutely delicious. The antichoc as a starter, was the best we ever had. And also ask, Ask for the Taglioni e Carciofi con Pecorino, it’s not listed on the menu. If possible, get a table in the backyard. Good for couples, and also for larger groups.

Me and my wife have waited for 25 minutes for any waiter to come to our table. After 30 minutes he left us some brad and leave. After 35 minutes without haven’t had the chance to ask for some wine, I tried to talk with the owner of the place who told me to sit and wait...we leave.

Understandably busy as it was christmas eve but they seperate the tourist from the locals. Shoving the tourists in a corner upstairs. Took 33 mins to get menu for then waiter to shout there is only one member of staff covering that area of 15 tables Poor service didnt hang about to wait for the food.

We were a bit dissapointed. The restaurant has been in business a long time and has a good reputation. But the food was average and the service practically absent. My companion ordered two appetizers for a first course. The waiter confirmed that she would like them served with my first course. But they brought her second course first. There are much better places to eat in the area.
