Perfect experience at Chez Nous! Great Service from Giuseppe, great quality of food and reasonable pricing - we would recommend it without any doubt!

As we had €50 to save on our bill we decided to utilise this oppportunity by ordering a range of dishes (3 antipasti, 2 mains and a dessert) we were very impressed with the quality of the antipasti dishes but they weren't always consistent; the gambero bardato was cooked perfectly, and the flavours around it were a good match. The burrata in pasta kataifi was nothing mind blowing but very pleasant and satisfying and the tartare di fassona was perhaps the least satisfying (for lack of flavour). Nonetheless, we were still satisfied and we were ready for our primi (spaghettone alla Nerano). The wait was around 50 minutes and no comment from the staff. The dish was slightly disappointing it was too salty and the Nerano element wasn't creamy enough. The last dish was the Angus Argentino. When the dish arrived we cut through it and realised it was "al-sangue" (rare) when we'd asked for medium. I asked the waitress about it only to be met with "No...that's how we cook it here etc etc" at this point I realised there's no point giving feedback and just eat the damn steak. Fortunately the chef had come out to talk to the diners and overheard us. He agreed that it was rare not medium and said he would make it again. This was a kind but accurate response let's say. Unfortunately, the steak which came out after was about 1.5cm thick and cooked too much. We ate it anyway. For a bill that would have cost €110 for 2 people- I really hope the staff at least read the feedback on here for some improvements. I am very confused about the other good reviews. I trust that they have been better or they have a lot to learn.

Gentile cliente le rispondo in italiano perché so mi capirà dato che durante la cena ha mostrato di parlare correttamente l’italiano. La ringraziamo per la recensione, nonostante non ha rispecchiato quello che davvero è successo e soprattutto avremmo preferito che avesse detto quello che non andava quando le è stato chiesto. Voi avete commentato che era stato tutto perfetto e che l’errore sulla cottura della carne (che le e’ stata rifatta di sana pianta) poteva succedere (!). Riguardo al conto … non so dove lei è abituata a cenare, ma i nostri prezzi sono in linea con la qualità, servizio, location e tipo di cucina offerta… una nota catena di hamburger forse è al caso suo!

This was one of the most unexpected discoveries of our trip to Puglia. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We had a life music show and the food was just perfect! Definitely worth the visit for a nice time with friends!

Very good restaurant. We're from The Netherlands, and this restaurant will blow your mind. Price/quality is like a 10/10 compare to the Netherlands. We would like to go back!
