4.5/10The owner added extra items and started screaming at us when we corrected him. All of us ordered a main course but he kept screaming at us that our bill was not enough. He started pushing us physically and assaulting us. He was also extremely rascist. Do not go to this place if you’re not white!!

10/10If you’re going to be in Paris, GO HERE AND DON’T THINK TWICE!! The best meal we have ever had, the best service, lovely vibe and felt like eating at your family’s house with large portions and the most authentic Italian we have had. The owner will great you with shots to start the evening and recommendations. We didn’t want to leave dinner we were having so much fun

10/10Excellent and welcoming host Paolo. Wonderful private table in cellar for our large group. Delicious food and very accommodating. Paolo is a gentleman whose passion is clear. Excellent food, excellent service , excellent wine and very generous with the grapa.

2/10We booked a table and walked into the restaurant but were not addressed by the owner (Paolo it seems) at all. We waited patiently for some time and approached the owner but appeared confused that we had made the reservation. He made no effort to seat us so we left. Quite apparent he was focused on one particular table of guests,

10/10We loved the Owner Paolo. He brightens up your evening, with his Humor and his big Heart for his Restaurant and Food. The Burata is 10/10 and even tho the Pizza does Not Look so special the Taste is!!! 9/10 We will be there again for sure.

10/10Lovely neighborhood find! We passed by a previous night and I felt drawn to the place — the food looked so good, and there was a real charm to the place, so we booked a reservation (not really needed for a Tuesday night, but we wanted to be sure we would be seated) the following day. The owner greeted us with great warmth, and immediately presented us with complimentary shots of grappa. The food was delicious, service friendly, atmosphere relaxed. I would like to return and try everything in the menu, all was delicious!

10/10Such a welcoming place, the food is amazing, so full of flavour. The staff are lovely as well. If we were in Paris longer, would go back. If you stay in the Pigalle area, please visit you will not be disappointed.

10/10Very welcoming, casual restaurant away from the busy traffic with great food, drink, and service. We had 4 adults and 2 young children - every had enjoyed the evening together. One of our best dining experiences in Paris.

10/10On our first day in Paris we chose to have a dinner at Chez Paolo and it was absolutely amazing! Service was fantastic and food and drinks really good. We definitely recommend this place and we will be back soon

9.5/10This is a very tiny but warm and welcoming Italian restaurant with what might be considered a very basic menu however it is well presented and very flavorful. The owner is charming and efficient I just found the chairs and tables a little weak. They were outdoor chairs and tables and not very comfortable nor seemingly very strong. Otherwise I will definitely go again.

10/10This is without any doubt one of the better Italian restaurants I have visited in a very long time. If you are into pizza and other fast food I suggest you find another address. However if authentic yet simple delicious Italian dishes served with a warm and honest Italian hospitality are high on your wish list you have just found the perfect spot.

7/10The atmosphere was quite good. Small and cozy. The food was very delicious! (Main course and desert( The service was okay. First they didn't gave us the menu card. After ten minutes of waiting we asked for it. the guy who owned the little restaurant was really friendly and he really loved his work. You could really feel this. The girl (maybe his daughter) couldn't speak english which was very sad but okay. The price ist quite cheap for parisian restaurants. Not that much cheap, but more cheap than the restaurants in the center of Paris.

8/10The service was really great, so were the prices. Tiny and cozy, and the bathroom was clean, which is important to me. The food was home made but heated up, which I have realized is the norm in more restaurants than I thought! We were six people and did not get our food at the same time which really is not good... but other than that, the food tastes home made and the staff was very customer friendly and nice! It is also easy to find the restaurant.
