10/10Not only does Chez Paolo have amazing Italian food, it has the most amazing host. The owner was so welcoming and created such a fun environment for dinner. It was our favorite dinner we had while in Paris!

What a wonderful restaurant!!! This experience was just unbelievable! Paolo is a fabulous host. The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing and the food is just fantastic!! This is a highly recommended restaurant and definitely a go-to whenever I am in Paris!

4.5/10Food was good. Pasta, salmon lasagna and pizza all enjoyed. Service was swift. Paulo spoke to us and was friendly. Noisy and chaotic vibe! Way too bright in there! The lighting was soooo bright. Not relaxing or cosy as an authentic Italian should be.

10/10We came in with a group of 7 and had reservations. This place not only had food that tasted delicious, but it was so memorable because the atmosphere was wonderful. It’s walking distance from Moulin Rouge.

4.5/10The owner added extra items and started screaming at us when we corrected him. All of us ordered a main course but he kept screaming at us that our bill was not enough. He started pushing us physically and assaulting us. He was also extremely rascist. Do not go to this place if you’re not white!!

If you’re going to be in Paris, GO HERE AND DON’T THINK TWICE!! The best meal we have ever had, the best service, lovely vibe and felt like eating at your family’s house with large portions and the most authentic Italian we have had. The owner will great you with shots to start the evening and recommendations. We didn’t want to leave dinner we were having so much fun

10/10Excellent and welcoming host Paolo. Wonderful private table in cellar for our large group. Delicious food and very accommodating. Paolo is a gentleman whose passion is clear. Excellent food, excellent service , excellent wine and very generous with the grapa.
