Delightful Dining Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chez Soi, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant’s chic and stylish ambiance set the perfect tone for an unforgettable meal, blending sophistication with a cozy, welcoming vibe. My husband opted for a three-course-menu (starter+main dish+dessert). The starter was “Gravlax de Saumon” which beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The main dish was “Fillet de Daurade”. The dish was elevated by a rich, savory sauce that complemented the fish beautifully, balancing the subtle sweetness of the seafood with a burst of tangy, herby flavors. For the main course, I chose “Cocotte de ris de veau sauce morilles “ which exceeded all expectations. The portion was just right, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced though I was hoping to have more “morilles slices” in the sauce. To finish, we indulged in “Profiteroles” perfect ending to the meals. Highly recommend!!!
